Britney Spears has shared the diet tips that have helped improve her lifestyle.
The Piece of Me hitmaker took to Instagram on Tuesday to celebrate her recent weight loss and opened up about how she has handled several health battles.
“I have weak eyes and stress and asthma and headaches. So this chart has helped me so much with those problems… and my weight!!!” she wrote alongside a series of posts, including one of a chart which suggests she’s eating fruits for stress and vegetables to fight asthma and poor vision. “Whoop whoop. As mother of pearl would say…. it works well for children too.”
In an accompanying video, the mum-of-two can be seen showing off her trim figure as she tells her followers she plans to maintain her look by eating specific fruits and veggies.
Spears has been regularly updating her 22 million Instagram devotees of late, and in her most recent offering she displayed her love of fashion with a clip showing the five outfit changes she made in one day.
The 37-year-old also gave fans a blast from the past last Thursday when she channelled her famous schoolgirl look from her hit video …Baby One More Time in a social media post.
Spears took to Instagram to upload a photo of herself standing in front of a mirror, wearing a cropped white blouse with a pleated plaid skirt, after returning home from an unsuccessful shopping trip.
“I went shade (sunglasses) shopping today but found nothing !!!!” the blonde star captioned the image. “Oh well…. but I did find a nice bracelet !!!!!!”
