Rosie Huntington-Whiteley maintains her figure by intermittent fasting.

The British supermodel, who splits her time between London and Los Angeles, has now revealed that she tries to eat nothing between 6pm and 8am the following morning.

“I eat all my food in an eight to 10-hour window, I’ll have a matcha latte with oat milk at 8am – that’s the most L.A. thing about me,” she told The Sunday Times’ Style magazine. “Then I try to finish eating between 4pm and 6pm it gives my body time to digest everything.”

However, Rosie insisted that she is “flexible” with the plan and if she goes out for dinner one evening, she will start eating later the following morning.

Elsewhere in the interview, the blonde beauty confessed it took her a long time to lose weight after giving birth to her son Jack, her child with partner Jason Statham, in 2017, and she hasn’t fully returned to her original shape, while her hair and skin were also affected by becoming a mother.

“It took a long time to get back into shape after I had Jack. Things don’t sit where they used to, but I’ve come to terms with it,” the 32-year-old shared. “I’ve never had perfect skin, but during my pregnancy it was fantastic. Once Jack was born the spots returned.

“My (hair) texture and colour aren’t the same. I can’t get it back to the right blonde. It stays for about three weeks and then washes out. I’ve still got broken bits on the side that won’t grow back, which has been upsetting.”

The interview comes shortly after it was announced Rosie had developed a red-brown shade named You Make Me for Hourglass Cosmetics’ Confession Ultra Slim High Intensity Refillable Lipstick range. The model, who was named the brand’s first-ever celebrity ambassador earlier this month, is also fronting the campaign for their new Vanish Airbrush Concealer.
