Dwayne Johnson has decided not to post his home workout regimes online during the coronavirus crisis.

Since the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic, virtual exercise classes have skyrocketed in popularity as people follow strict government mandates to stay indoors.

But in a recent Instagram video, Dwayne explained that he would be not be promoting the trend out of respect to his fans who may not have access to elite gym equipment.

“(I don’t) want to be the a**hole who’s saying, ‘Hey guys, look at me, look at the great workouts I’m having. Look at this place, the iron paradise, wow I feel great. 280 pounds and I feel good, huh,'” he stated.

The Skyscraper actor then went on to express sympathy for those under lockdown who might be struggling to mix up their exercise options.

“You can only do so much s**t in your house and be creative before it drives you bats**t crazy,” the 47-year-old insisted. “Again, maybe I’m oversensitive and that’s OK. I am who I am. I am empathetic and I know that millions and millions and millions of you around the world it’s killing you not to be able to go to a gym.”

In the accompanying caption, The Rock also admitted that he’s finding the pandemic difficult to navigate.

“I’m averaging about a 50/50 ratio of having good days to not so good, wobbly days. That ratio will improve,” he noted.

Least fans worry they won’t be hearing from him during the crisis, the star also reassured them he’s more than happy to engage on WrestleMania, acting projects, other career questions, or to share tips on cheat meals.

“This Sunday, let’s take a much-needed reprieve – I’ll break out my @teremana (tequila) and my cheat meal and you break out your liquid and cheat meal of choice and we’ll have ourselves a lil’ worldwide LIVE Q&A,” Dwayne added.
