Cheyenne Jackson has undergone five hair transplant surgeries since his hair began falling out at the age of 22.

The American Horror Story star, 44, revealed his struggle with hair loss by sharing a picture of a large scar across the back of his head on Instagram on Saturday.

“I’ve been DREADING this day for 17 years. The day when my horrible secret would be revealed,” he wrote in the caption. “No, this gnarly scar across my head isn’t from life-saving brain surgery, nor did I narrowly survive a shark attack. It’s worse. (At least in Hollywood…) I had hair transplant surgery. 5 of them, to be exact over 14 years.”

Jackson admitted that he started to notice his hair thinning around the age of 22, and shared, “It was really emotional for me to watch it fall out & I felt less attractive & truly less like myself as the days went on, so I saved up and got my first surgery at 28. I hid it from everyone. It was painful & expensive but I started to feel better about myself… Over the years as my hair kept thinning, I kept secretly getting more procedures & would just pray that no one would find out.”

Now Jackson, who is sporting a new haircut with shaved back and sides during isolation, has realised hair loss is nothing to be embarrassed about, and hopes that by sharing his story, others will be able to embrace similar issues, too.

“I’m sharing because maybe this will inspire someone out there to share a secret they’ve been hiding, or show a scar that they’ve been afraid of anyone seeing,” he explained. “Let it go. What I’ve learned during this pandemic is that s**t like this just doesn’t matter.”

Sarah Paulson is thrilled that people think she looks like Adele.

Earlier this month, fans commented on the uncanny resemblance between the pair when the Oscar-winning musician posted a picture of herself, showcasing her enviable new figure, to celebrate her birthday.

And the American Horror Story star was shocked to find her name trending on Twitter, after thousands remarked on the similarities, with one user commenting: “I’m not saying Adele and Sarah Paulson are the same person but…” followed by pictures of the pair side by side.

Commenting on the comparisons, Paulson told SiriusXM’s Entertainment Weekly Radio: “I was on Twitter and I just happened to be scrolling through and it said Sarah Paulson is trending… I was like, ‘Wait, what?'”

The 45-year-old then realised it was “the Adele thing again” and noted that it wasn’t the first time she’s been compared to the Hello hitmaker.

“Listen, I’ll take it,” she quipped. “I mean, what I wish they were comparing was my talent to her talent and saying that mine was as great as hers, which quite honestly they can’t say because no one’s talent is as great as hers, which is really irritating… But I’ll take looking like her. Man, she’s a beauty. So, sure. Great. Give it to me. I’ll take it.”

The comparisons first began in December last year, when Adele posted a photo of herself from her Christmas party, and during an Instagram Live Q&A session earlier this month, Paulson was overjoyed to be told she looked like her.

“I think the person who’s the most talented is the person that other person looks like,” the Ocean’s 8 star said. “She doesn’t look like me, if anything, I look like her. She’s Adele, she’s ADELE!”

Sarah Paulson finally feels confident in her own skin without the need to wear make-up.

The American Horror Story actress has showcased a stunning natural look for People magazine’s 2020 The Beautiful Issue, and in the accompanying interview, admitted that after years of trying to change her look, she’s happy with the skin she’s in.

“It sounds cliched, but I do feel best without it, because I recognise that lady in the mirror,” the 45-year-old explained. “When I was younger all I wanted to do was change my look – dyeing my hair jet-black, copying the looks of all the beautiful girls in class – I never considered the idea, that the face and body I was born with, was perfectly lovely as it was.”

And even though she is happiest barefaced, Sarah enjoys having fun with make-up every so often.

“When I do wear it, that choice feels personal and powerful,” she shared. “I choose to wear it if I do, or if I don’t, it’s always up to me. I’m down with that.”

Elsewhere in the interview, Sarah also revealed that she’s using her time self-isolating at home in Los Angeles during the coronavirus lockdown in the U.S. to focus on taking care of herself and her loved ones.

“I’ve just been focused on being as available as possible to the people I love and to exercise gratitude more than I exercise my a*s,” the star joked.

Emma Roberts always completes any holiday party outfit with a pair of fun tights.

The American Horror Story actress is known for her ability to pull off just about any fashion style or trend and she always pulls out all of the stops when it comes to the red carpet.

But when it comes to her top tip for accessorising for the festive season, Emma is all about stocking up on cute tights.

“I love anything I can wear tights with. I love glittery tights, polka-dot tights, coloured tights,” she told Popsugar.com. “When you have a lot of holiday parties to go to, you can re-wear certain dresses (with a different pair of tights) and have a different moment. That’s my little holiday party trick.”

Among her other favourite accessories are boots and hair ribbons. And as for her best gift ideas, Emma is all about the bling.

“I always get my sister a piece of jewellery. I got her a little snake earring one year, she loved that. I love to get my mom a little bracelet that says ‘mom’ or any kind of cute little piece. I got her a little pink diamond band and me and matching one, one year,” the 28-year-old shared.

Meanwhile, Emma’s former Scream Queens co-star Lea Michele also likes to keep her festive wardrobe simple and swears a simple black trouser is the answer.

“It’s perfect because you can wear it with a great boot, a chunky sweater, and a chic coat. I also really love a little bit of the Rachel Berry (her character on TV show Glee) miniskirt situation with tights and a chunky sweater,” the actress added.

Halsey and Evan Peters dressed up as Sonny & Cher as they made their red carpet debut as a couple on Saturday.

The Without Me singer was linked to the American Horror Story actor in September after they were spotted at a theme park together and she seemingly confirmed their romance by sharing photos of their Halloween outfits from her annual bash on Friday.

However, they took their relationship public on Saturday by attending the American Horror Story 100th Episode Celebration at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery in Los Angeles, where they posed for photographers on the red carpet.

The 25-year-old wore a long dark wig, heavy blue eye make-up and a white one-shoulder satin dress with multi-coloured polka dots, while Evan sported a matching polka dot shirt with a white tuxedo, a mullet-style wig, and a stick-on moustache. Sonny & Cher, the husband-and-wife duo, wore those outfits during an episode of their ’70s TV show The Sonny & Cher Comedy Hour.

Halsey uploaded a picture of her look on social media and wrote in the caption, “Been dying to try out a good @cher makeup forever and finally got to!” She also confirmed to a fan on Twitter that she did the make-up herself.

On Friday, the singer attended her annual Halloween party in Los Angeles in a reimagined version of Marilyn Manson from the cover of his 1998 album Mechanical Animals. Evan, 32, dressed up as a fan of the Insane Clown Posse hip-hop duo.

Halsey shared photos of their looks on Instagram with the caption, “Resident goths.” In the snaps, she can be seen wearing a white latex bodysuit, white all over her face, striking blue eye make-up, coloured contact lenses, and a bright red wig.

Amanda Seyfried and Emma Roberts have been tapped to star in a new Fendi campaign celebrating friendship.

The Hollywood actresses, who are pals in real life, appear in the new #BaguetteFriendsForever short film, to mark the latest versions of the iconic Baguette bag, which was first launched by the Italian fashion house in 1997.

In the footage, which was filmed inside the Fendi flagship store on New York’s Madison Avenue, Amanda and Emma are seen modelling the luxe purses in a series of various poses.

“Erasing the boundaries between reality and dream, the short movie captures Emma Roberts and Amanda Seyfried sharing a whimsical experience of discovery of the Fendi Baguette world,” a brand representative shared of the concept. “Hypnotic lights, blurred images, intriguing light reflections… the Fendi New York flagship with its mesmerising Baguette Dream Room installation becomes the enchanting set for two girls consolidating their friendship in the name of authenticity and fun.”

Fatboy Slim’s 1999 hit Praise You features as the soundtrack to the video, with the upbeat tune reflecting on the “tight relationship between the two protagonists”.

And sharing her thoughts on the classic Baguette design, American Horror Story star Emma gushed in an interview with People.com, “The Baguette bag can go with anything like a simple jeans and T-shirt, or a dress. I love to mix my Baguette bag with a vintage slip-dress or denim. I like the contrast of mixing a high-end piece with something vintage.”

Fendi reissued the Baguette at the spring/ summer 2019 Milan Fashion Week show to much fanfare, with the #BaguetteFriendsForever campaign featuring Sarah Jessica Parker, influencer Caroline Daur, and model Ebonee Davis, rolling out a short time later.

Sarah Hyland poked fun at her love of tacos with her Halloween outfit choice for a bash on Saturday night (27Oct18).

The Modern Family star donned a platinum blonde wig and giant taco ensemble as she posed next to boyfriend Wells Adams, who sported long brunette locks and a yellow dress for his take on Beauty and the Beast’s Belle.

Explaining the pair’s unusual looks, Sarah shared a snap on Instagram and wrote: “The only thing better than Taco Bell… is Taco Belle #firesauce #dollopofdaisy.”

Wells also posted a picture on Instagram which showed Sarah staring at him adoringly, and captioned it: “Find someone who looks at you the way Taco looks at Belle.”

Inside Just Jared’s 7th Annual Halloween Party in Los Angeles, Sarah was reunited with her Modern Family on-screen sister Ariel Winter, who dressed as Michelle Pfeiffer from Scarface alongside boyfriend Levi Meaden as Al Pacino’s character Tony Montana.

Elsewhere at the bash, Rumer Willis went for an androgynous look by apparently dressing as a cowboy, alongside sister Scout in a similar ensemble, while Chris Colfer and Adam Lambert donned devilish outfits for the occasion.

Leona Lewis used the party to show off her abs as she channelled her inner genie, but had some competition from actress Victoria Justice, who wore a similar stomach-baring ensemble.

The Kissing Booth actress Joey King looked dramatic as she dressed as Harry Potter villain Voldemort, poking fun at her bald head after getting a buzzcut for upcoming true crime series The Act.

Sharing a video of her outfit on Instagram, Joey wrote: “Name’s Tom but my friends call me Voldemort teehee #JJHalloween @paulyblanch.”

Meanwhile, Kelly Osbourne went as American Horror Story character Myrtle Snow and Jaime King opted for a St. Joan of Arc-inspired costume.

Sarah Paulson was “truly thrilled” to land a role in Prada’s latest short film.

The American Horror Story actress stars in a newly-released four-minute movie titled Neon Dream which advertises the Italian luxury fashion label’s fall/winter 2018 collection.

Directed by Willy Vanderperre, the film is set against the backdrop of Las Vegas’ Strip at night and follows model Amanda Murphy as a mysterious heroine, while Sarah portrays multiple versions of one character.

“Wearing Prada has always been an easy way to connect to myself… all parts of me,” the 43-year-old said of the project, according to WWD. “So to have been asked to be part of this inventive and evocative film, which embraces the multidimensionality of womanhood, was truly thrilling.”

The clip opens with Amanda posing in Prada outfits alongside Las Vegas landmarks such as neon signs, before proceeding to drive through the desert in a convertible and go on to walk into a hotel on The Strip.

Throughout the film, Sarah pops up in various guises, including as a valet and bartender. In one scene, RuPaul’s Drag Race winner Violet Chachki leads a group of Marilyn Monroe impersonators, and shortly after, the actress’ character is seen dressed as Marilyn, sporting a blonde wig, red lipstick and white dress in the style of the late Hollywood icon.

In a statement, a Prada representative explained that the film was designed to explore the relationship between identity and fashion, with Sin City proving to be the ideal setting.

“This Las Vegas is nevertheless a fiction, composed of archetypes – red velvet drapes, glittering lights, glowing Technicolor, billboards and convertibles,” they shared. “Reality, reimagined. A neon dream.”

Sarah has long been a fan of Prada’s designs and attended the world premiere of Ocean’s 8 in New York last month (Jun18) in a neon green dress with fringed detail from the brand.

Actress Sarah Paulson can’t bear to walk out of her house without combing her eyebrows and putting on a little lip balm.

The Post star admits she has finally settled on a solid personal style and beauty routine after taking decades to find her fashion voice.

“I have a uniform. That’s new for me,” the 43-year-old tells InStyle magazine. “It’s all about (wearing clothes by British fashion designer) Phoebe Philo. And in terms of a beauty routine, if I don’t comb my eyebrows and have ChapStick, I don’t feel like I can face the day, and I’m not kidding.”

Sarah has also discovered a firm red carpet identity, drawing from hit 1980s sitcom The Golden Girls, about a group of ageing female roommates living it up together in their golden years, whenever she attends an A-list event.

“It’s Golden Girls time for me all the time,” she smiles, citing the show’s leading lady Bea Arthur as her main source of style inspiration. “Give me sparkle and a shoulder pad and you’ve never met anybody so happy in your life.”

Sarah’s new style confidence is reflected in her work – the actress feels more empowered than ever after truly accepting her unique acting range through her professional partnership with producer Ryan Murphy, who she began working with regularly in 2011 on his hit TV show American Horror Story.

“I found a real home with Ryan,” Sarah shares. “He was interested in the character; it wasn’t about making me more attractive. There’s something that’s not articulated about my face that allows me to morph into different things. That characteristic, which stopped me from getting jobs when I was younger, is exactly what allows me to get them now.”

Sarah Paulson made a sartorial statement at the 2018 FX All-Star Party on Thursday night (15Mar18).

The actress stepped out to celebrate with her various American Horror Story colleagues at the SVA Theater in New York City, where she posed up a storm on the red carpet in an unusual grey outfit.

Sarah sported a dark grey A-line skirt with matching blazer that was worn over a sheer bralette from Christian Dior, and topped off her look with sparkly hoop earrings from Fallon and black satin Manolo Blahnik high heels with silver buckles.

The 43-year-old also made a point of taking photos with her American Horror Story: Cult co-star Billie Lourd, who wore a shimmery green and black dress for the night.

Billie, 25, topped off her ensemble with opaque tights and emerald green satin platform heels and chose to sweep her hair up into a cute knot.

Evan Peters, who, like Sarah, has appeared in all series of the American Horror Story anthology, attended the event in a grey suit with black and white dotted shirt, while Adina Porter donned a tangerine silk halterneck number and Cheyenne Jackson opted for a casual vibe in jeans and a brown leather jacket.

Meanwhile, the castmembers of FX show Trust also assembled for the bash. The series is set in 1973 and centres on the abduction in Italy of John Paul Getty III, then-heir to Getty Oil, and features Donald Sutherland as J. Paul Getty, and Harris Dickinson as his grandson.

Both actors were in attendance at the bash and were joined by co-star Brendan Fraser, who rocked up in a patterned suit, blue shirt, and cowboy hat.

The Americans co-stars Keri Russell and Matthew Rhys joined in on the action too, with the real-life couple certainly getting dressed up for the party.

Keri showed off her legs in a pair of olive green shorts which she paired with a black blazer and white shirt, while Matthew wore jeans and a navy suit jacket.
