Kim Kardashian credits turning vegan with helping her achieve a tiny waist.

The reality star’s close friend, Anastasia Soare, recently shared a video of Kim on her Instagram Stories, in which she gushed about the mother-of-four’s figure in a skintight bronze dress and asked how she achieved it.

“Please explain to me how it’s possible,” the founder of the cosmetics company Anastasia Beverly Hills remarked, as she focused the camera on the 38-year-old and exclaimed, “This waist!”

Soare told viewers she had never seen Kim’s body look so tiny during their longtime friendship, and jokingly asked, “Did you remove your ribs?”

Kim then went on to explain that cutting out meat and dairy has definitely helped her to create a figure she’s proud of.

“I think that honestly being a vegan now helps. It does look really small today,” Kim shared as she admired her teeny waist in a mirror.

The reality star first revealed that she was adopting the healthy lifestyle change back in April.

“I am eating all plant-based when I am home,” she revealed on her Instagram Stories at the time, alongside a photo of her eating a meal containing sweet potato and avocado.

The beauty mogul has also had her real animal furs remade into faux fur, and shared a snap of her and Kanye West’s six-year-old daughter North wearing a white fur coat that Kim first wore to her husband’s Yeezy fashion show in 2016.

“Remember when I wore this! She picked out the same look lol (laugh out loud) but fun fact – I took all of my fave furs and remade them in faux fur,” she wrote on Instagram.

Kaley Cuoco wanted a very “effortless” make-up look for her wedding day.

The Big Bang Theory actress married equestrian Karl Cook in an intimate ceremony held at a horse stable near San Diego, California on Saturday (30Jun18), with Kaley walking down the aisle in a stunning white lace dress with matching cape from Reem Acra.

When it came to her cosmetics, make-up artist Jamie Greenberg has shared that she simply wanted to highlight her client’s features.

“The inspiration behind Kaley’s look was effortless and natural beauty,” she told People.com. “The Reem Acra dress speaks for itself. We wanted a natural true Kaley to shine through with this look.”

For Kaley’s make-up, Jamie first applied a layer of Cover FX’s Blurring Primer as a base and then added a layer of the brand’s Power Play Foundation.

She then dabbed on a little concealer under her eyes, shimmery eyeshadow to her lids and a dusting of yellow and rose gold coloured highlighter to the tops of her cheeks before setting the look with Cover FX’s Mattifying Setting Spray.

To finish, Jamie curled Kaley’s eyelashes and then applied a layer of black mascara before proceeding to fill in her brows with Anastasia Beverly Hills’ Brow Liner in Taupe. The beauty expert, who also works with Elisabeth Moss and Krysten Ritter, proceeded to add a swipe of Burt’s Bees Matte Lip Crayon in Sedona Sands to her pout.

Meanwhile, hairstylist Christine Symonds was in charge of Kaley’s hairstyle and opted to give her a chic chignon.

Christine applied Kerastase’s Nectar Thermique and Mousse Bouffante to the locks before blow drying and then curled the hair with a 1-inch curling iron. She then pulled the hair into a low ponytail and twisted it into a loose knot which was topped off with a sparkly floral comb.

When Kaley changed into a white lace Tadashi Shoji jumpsuit for the reception, Christine was on hand once again, and switched the blonde star’s hair into a high ponytail.

Lili Reinhart regrets not taking her make-up artist’s advice on eyebrow maintenance earlier.

The actress has risen to fame since landing the role of Betty Cooper on The CW television series Riverdale, with her character known for her fresh-faced appearance and high ponytails.

While Lili’s eyebrows always look perfectly groomed on the show or when she steps out on the red carpet, she has now shared that she had a plucking problem for a long time.

“I used to pluck all these hairs right here, which I learned was a big mistake. You should not do that,” she said in a beauty tutorial video for Vogue.com, referring to the innermost corners of her brows. “This one make-up artist on the show was like, ‘You should grow that, grow that out.’ And I was like, ‘She doesn’t know what she’s talking about.’ And she obviously did.”

Lili went on to explain that once she has applied her foundation and a light contour with a taupe-coloured powder, she focuses on her eyebrows and likes to tidy them up by applying Anastasia Beverly Hills’ Brow Powder with a small angled brush.

In addition, the blonde star also demonstrated how she makes her eyes pop. After applying a natural shade all over her lid she dusts on a “pretty peach” eyeshadow like the soft pink hue in Stila’s Matte ‘N Metal Eyeshadow Palette.

“Then I’m going to go in with a little dark brown with a little smudgy brush. And I go just above my lash line. I feel like if I don’t run a little bit of shadow or liner on my lash line, my eyes sort of disappear,” the 21-year-old said.

Once Lili, who is dating her Riverdale co-star Cole Sprouse, has applied a few coats of black mascara, she proceeds to dab on a little highlighter “where the light naturally hits”.

And she tops off her natural make-up look with a little loose powder and a swipe of MAC Lipstick in Brave.

“Being on the show, in general, has taught me a lot, a lot, a lot about make-up,” she smiled.
