Miranda Kerr is juggling her self-care routine during the coronavirus lockdown around her sons’ nap times.
In a chat with Glamour U.K. magazine, the model and founder of skincare brand KORA Organics admitted it’s been a balancing act trying to work and take care of her three children while stuck at home during the global pandemic.
And Miranda, who is mum to son Flynn, nine, whom she shares with her ex-husband Orlando Bloom, two-year-old Hart, and seven-month-old baby boy Myles, her children with her Snapchat co-founder husband Evan Spiegel, is trying to fit in some essential time for herself while her youngest kids nap.
“Obviously, being a mother is my priority. Running a business and trying to keep the house tidy and cook, it’s definitely a balancing act,” she explained. “Basically, what I do is schedule most of my important calls in my children’s nap times. Because I had two babies back-to-back, I was working from home the last couple of years anyway.
“All I’m saying is that there’s never a dull moment!”
The Australian beauty wakes up at 5.30am every day and manages to squeeze in a thorough skincare regime that also helps to give her a much-needed boost.
“That time gives me at least an hour before the kids wake up to do a little meditation, a few yoga stretches. I do get my alone time in. I know every morning at 5.30am. I have that good hour,” the 37-year-old shared.
And Miranda is an avid fan of her own KORA Organics products, and swears by them to “help me fill up my vessel”.
“I’m using KORA’s new turmeric glow moisturiser – it’s a super-nourishing, rich, moisturising cream,” she added.
