Gemma Ward has given birth to her third child.

The Australian model announced the news by sharing pictures of her newborn daughter Kirra on Instagram accompanied by the caption: “Little Kirra we all (love) you so much. Thank you for blessing us with your spirit 13.6.20.”

In the comments, her close friend and fellow model Nicole Trunfio celebrated the arrival by writing, “Congratulations my love welcome to the world angel Kirra! Can’t wait to meet you! Sending you guys all of our love!”

Georgia Fowler posted, “Congratulations she’s an angel!”, Karen Elson wrote, “Congratulations Gemma to your entire family,” while Australian actress Teresa Palmer added, “Oh she’s breathtaking, well done mama” with heart emojis.

Models Megan Gale and Jessica Gomes, and Belgian fashion designer Olivier Theyskens also offered up their congratulations.

Gemma, 32, and her partner David Letts are also parents to daughter Naia, six, and son Jet, three. She announced she was expecting her third child in January by posting a photo on Instagram in which she showed off her growing baby bump while standing on the beach at Byron Bay.

“Expecting a baby girl this year to round out our little gang,” she wrote in the caption.

Since becoming a parent, Gemma has taken a step back from the fashion world and become very selective about her modelling gigs.

Miley Cyrus made a surprise appearance on the catwalk during Marc Jacobs’ fashion show on Wednesday night.

The designer unveiled his latest fall/winter 2020 collection at the Park Avenue Armory as part of New York Fashion Week, with the spectacle drawing in the likes of Sofia Coppola, Nicki Minaj, Yolanda Hadid, and Stephanie Seymour, and top models including Gigi Hadid, Bella Hadid, Karlie Kloss, and Kaia Gerber.

But instead of joining the audience as she usually does, Cyrus chose to get in on the action partway through the presentation, where she modelled a black bralet, matching trousers, and carried a zebra print coat.

Taking to Instagram after the show, Cyrus posted a video showing her seriously strutting her stuff, and the clip quickly attracted over five million views and comments from her celebrity pals.

Hailey Bieber wrote, “YUP. STOMP QUEEN,” Kloss posted, “Best of both worlds,” and Georgia Fowler penned, “Incredible.” Naomi Campbell simply posted a string of fire emojis.

Cyrus, 27, is a longtime friend of Jacobs and previously collaborated with him in 2013 for a charity T-shirt line, which featured the slogan “Protect the Skin You’re In.”

She also appeared in the designer’s spring 2014 campaign, and they reunited to co-design a pink hoodie to raise funds for Planned Parenthood last year.

Jacobs has long been one of Cyrus’s go-to designers – she wore an outfit from his fall/winter 2013 collection to the Met Gala a few months after he showcased the line.

Hilary Rhoda is to become a first-time mother.

The model, who is perhaps best known for her work with Estee Lauder and appearances in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue, took to Instagram on Thursday to announce that she and her sportsman husband Sean Avery are expecting a son.

“It’s a boy,” she wrote alongside a snap of herself cradling her growing baby bump while sitting on a sofa. “@imseanavery and I are having a baby and we’re so excited about this next chapter of life together.”

Accordingly, a number of Hilary’s celebrity pals were quick to send her congratulatory messages, including the likes of Martha Hunt, Brooklyn Decker, Nicky Hilton, Georgia Fowler, and Nina Agdal.

“Congratulations to you guys!!!!! What an amazing news (sic),” Natasha Poly wrote, while Carolyn Murphy added: “Yay mama and papa.”

However, when announcing the news on her Instagram Stories, Hilary added that falling pregnant hadn’t been easy.

“We’re having a baby! The last year has been quite a journey getting to this point, lots of ups & downs… but for those trying to conceive, all I can say is just keep going,” the 32-year-old wrote, along with a red heart emoji. “Trying to conceive is a mindf**k and might have almost ended our marriage once or twice.”

Meanwhile, Sean opened up about his journey with Hilary on his podcast No F**ks Given, revealing she had suffered two miscarriages before they conceived their baby boy.

“The moment we took the noise, science and methods out of it – that’s how you make a baby in tough times,” he said, explaining that it was when he returned home from a five-week trip that the conception happened.

Hilary and former National Hockey League player Sean, 39, married in October 2015.

Gemma Ward is pregnant with her third child.

The Australian model took to Instagram on Tuesday to post a photo of her showing off her growing baby bump while standing on the beach at Byron Bay.

“Expecting a baby girl this year to round out our little gang,” she wrote in the caption.

The infant will be a sibling for Gemma and her partner David Letts’s six-year-old daughter Naia and son Jet, three. The 32-year-old did not share any further details, such as her due date.

Accordingly, Gemma’s post quickly caught the attention of her celebrity friends, with Nicole Trunfio writing, “Yayyyyy!!!!!!!” alongside a string of emojis, and Georgia Fowler commenting, “Congratulations gorgeous! Keep cooking that bun.”

Jessica Gomes posted, “Wowwww omg (oh my God) amazing! Congrats!” while Teresa Palmer added: “YES Gems!!! How exciting!!”

Since becoming a parent, Gemma has taken a step back from the fashion world and become very selective about her modelling gigs. But after taking a break from the catwalk between 2008 and 2013, the blonde beauty noticed a major shift in attitudes among leaders in the industry compared to when she was starting out.

“There’s a lot more diversity – multiple generations, sizes, children, pregnant women – there is a lot more freedom and I think it’s just more interesting and more exciting for everyone involved,” she said in an interview with Harper’s Bazaar Australia in 2018. “It creates an environment which feels safer and less judgemental and more fun. That’s why I’m feeling it’s good for me.”

Model Devon Windsor designed two new swimwear pieces to wear during her recent wedding weekend.

The 25-year-old tied the knot with Johnny Barbara, co-owner of fashion label Alexis, at St Bartholomew’s Anglican Church on the Caribbean island of St Barths on 16 November in front of guests including Olivia Culpo, Georgia Fowler, Shanina Shaik, and Cara Santana.

The day before the wedding, the couple hosted a party at a beachside restaurant and Windsor made sure she stood out from the crowd by wearing white pieces she had designed for her swimwear line Devon Windsor Swim, which she launched earlier this year.

“Being a new swimwear designer, I worked closely with my mother-in-law, now-husband, and sister-in-law to design the most intricate hand-embellished pearl and sequin swimsuit that took multiple days of just bead application alone at their atelier,” she explained to Bazaar Bride. “The coverup for my first look also had French macrame lace and French embellished lace trim all framed with pearls to tie in my swimsuit. The second look was an embroidered lace look with high-waisted bottoms that had a detachable skirt flowing down the back and a halter top. Both looks were all white and made me feel so, so special.”

For the ceremony itself, the model turned to Lebanese designer Zuhair Murad, who created a sheer, floral lace white gown and a veil with matching lace trim.

“I have always been obsessed with his couture and bridal gowns. His attention to detail is unlike anyone I have ever seen. My first gown was an off the shoulder, long-sleeved lace gown that had a long train,” Devon gushed.

The Victoria’s Secret star later changed into another Murad design – a delicate beaded dress – for the reception.
