Zendaya stole the spotlight in a hot pink breastplate and matching skirt by Tom Ford at the 2020 Critics’ Choice Awards on Sunday night.

The 23-year-old, who was nominated in the Best Actress in a Drama Series category for her role as Rue in the HBO drama Euphoria, stunned as she hit the red carpet wearing the $15,000 (£11,500) bespoke piece from the designer’s spring 2020 collection.

Zendaya complemented the unique creation with a floor-length fuchsia skirt, Mateo New York earrings, Djula rings, and satin pumps by Christian Louboutin. Her stylist, Law Roach, later pointed out that the breastplate was a homage to the vintage pieces by Issey Miyake and Yves Saint Laurent, and called the Spider-Man: Far From Home star a “Warrior Woman” in a post on Instagram.

The piece was also recently worn by Gwyneth Paltrow for the cover of the latest issue of U.S. Harper’s Bazaar magazine, and the Oscar winner took to social media to lavish praise on the young star.

“Thank God I can say I have something in common with Zendaya,” she commented on a picture of the actress wearing the breastplate.

Other famous faces who also rocked bright colours on the red carpet included Booksmart star Beanie Feldstein, who wore a two-tone pastel pink and red dress with open-toe velvet Jimmy Choo platform heels.

Kristen Bell made a bold statement with her neon green caped jumpsuit by Cong Tri, paired with matching heels, while Awkwafina wowed in a bright yellow Ellie Saab gown, which featured a flowing skirt and sleeves, and Stuart Weitzman platform shoes.

Renee Zellweger, who scooped the Best Actress prize at the ceremony for her role in Judy, bucked the colourful trend by wearing a black strapless Dior gown, and Best Actress in a Comedy Series winner Phoebe Waller-Bridge rocked a one-shouldered sheer dress also created by designers at the French fashion house.

Little Women star Florence Pugh was among those who embraced show-stopping glittering gowns for the annual ceremony, wearing a silver sequinned column-style dress by Prada, while Jennifer Lopez opted for an elegant cream cut-out gown with embellishment by Georges Hobeika.

Zendaya had her breasts moulded for the stunning Tom Ford creation she wore to the 2020 Critics’ Choice Awards.

The 23-year-old donned the $15,000 (£11,500) hot pink metallic breastplate from the designer’s spring 2020 collection for the ceremony on Sunday, and finished off the show-stopping look with a fuchsia skirt and her hair styled into waist-length braids.

The look caught the attention of her fans on social media, with one curious follower on Twitter quizzing the Euphoria star on how the bespoke piece was created.

“Did they mould that to your t**tles… asking for a friend,” the cheeky post read, with Zendaya quickly replying, “Yes. Lol.”

Her stylist, Law Roach, later pointed out the breastplate was a homage to the vintage pieces by Issey Miyake and Yves Saint Laurent, and shared a picture of his client rocking the red carpet.

“Warrior Woman… wearing @tomford,” Law captioned the snap, prompting his celebrity friends to heap praise on Zendaya’s look.

“Jesus Christ,” Ariana Grande commented. “Incredible Law.”

Tracee Ellis Ross simply left a series of fire emojis, while singer Jessie J, model Alton Mason, and RuPaul’s Drag Race judge Michelle Visage also showed their love for the unique outfit.

The Tom Ford piece was recently worn by Gwyneth Paltrow for the cover of the latest issue of U.S. Harper’s Bazaar magazine, and the Oscar winner took to social media to gush over her Spider-Man: Homecoming co-star too.

Gwyneth Paltrow became “really skinny” after she split from Brad Pitt in the 1990s.

To accompany her new cover interview for Harper’s Bazaar, the Avengers actress filmed a video in which she looked through her past covers for the magazine, and while holding a copy of the December 1997 issue, Gwyneth remarked that she became very thin after calling off her engagement to the Once Upon a Time in Hollywood star earlier that year because she wasn’t eating.

“This one, I was only about 24 or 25,” she said of the cover photo. “Brad Pitt and I had just broken up and I had breakup… couldn’t not eat (sic). I was really skinny, it was sort of upsetting. But it’s a nice picture.”

Elsewhere in the interview, the 47-year-old revealed that she is still good friends with the actor and loves seeing Instagram posts that pay homage to their ’90s style.

In the video, Gwyneth also shared that she didn’t like her “terrible” May 2010 cover of the publication because she looked “really cheesy”, and wasn’t a fan of her November 2016 cover, in which she wore a lacy masquerade-style mask with matching top.

“I don’t like this one either. I don’t think it’s a good photo,” the star candidly stated.

However, Gwyneth’s favourite cover was for the March 2012 issue, in which she wore a black dress with revealing leg split and turned her face away from the camera.

“This was a good one, this is my iconic Bazaar cover guys,” she gushed. “I love how you can’t see my face, it’s very cool, this was a fun one. I liked this shoot a lot. This is one of my favourite shoots of all time. I loved this one, this is great.”

Gwyneth Paltrow always keeps her fridge stocked with peanut butter protein bars.

The actress and Goop entrepreneur has built up a reputation for her super healthy lifestyle in recent years, and has tried just about every food trend going, whether it be juice cleanses or low-carb diets.

Now, Gwyneth has opened up about her eating habits in a video for Harper’s Bazaar and explained that her go-to snack is a protein bar.

“If I’m in a rush, I’ll eat these delicious peanut butter protein bars,” she commented. “I can’t remember the name of them but you have to keep them in the refrigerator. I eat them all the time!”

Gwyneth went on to explain that she usually skips breakfast but will have a nutrient-packed smoothie after she hits the gym. She likes salads for lunch and keeps her energy up between meals by munching on cashews and pretzels, but there are a few foods she won’t eat.

“I’ve pretty much become more of an omnivore. There’s just a few things I won’t eat. I don’t like dill. I can’t stand dill. I don’t like to eat baby mammals, so I stay away from lamb and veal. I don’t eat octopus ’cause they’re super smart,” the 47-year-old explained.

As for dinner, the Oscar winner prefers to eat at home with her two children.

“I like to eat dinner on the early side. I always feel I don’t sleep very well if I go to sleep very full. I’ve gotten real geriatric about that – 6pm – 6.30pm (is) dinnertime. It feels good! I’ve been trying not to drink so much on weeknights because it’s such an easy habit to fall into… I usually have a Gibson – that’s kind of my new thing – it’s like a martini but with the cocktail onion. It’s very my father. Or I’ll have whiskey on the rocks… basically, I’m turning into an old Jewish man,” she joked.

Naomi Watts was left feeling “miserable” after developing chronic skin condition rosacea while working on her Netflix series Gypsy.

The 51-year-old actress told Britain’s The Sunday Times Style magazine that applying make-up “two to three times” a day and “spending hours under hot lights” while working on the show led to her contracting the condition, which results in redness, pimples, swelling, and small and superficial dilated blood vessels on the face.

“A few years back in 2016, while I was working 16-hour days on Gypsy, I was having to apply make-up two to three times a day and spend hours under hot lights,” she said. “I was really suffering from rosacea. It was making my life miserable. My skin was just saying leave me alone.”

The King Kong actress explained her struggles inspired her to become the latest celebrity to tap into the ever-growing “clean beauty” market, as she launched Onda – a range of natural, organic products that she co-founded with former Conde Nast fashion market director Larissa Thomson and former magazine editor Sarah Bryden-Brown.

Explaining she wanted to start the brand after she “eliminated chemically driven products from my beauty regime”, the new collection has gained a cult following, and Naomi revealed fellow actress Gwyneth Paltrow, who founded lifestyle brand Goop, has been “very supportive” of the venture.

Elsewhere in the interview, the mother-of-two insisted she was dedicated to “supporting” women going through the menopause and has slammed the stigma surrounding it.

“Menopause should not be a dirty word. It’s such a shame society has made it so,” she fired. “We need support from each other, and to not be made to feel like unsexy, infertile, crabby old ladies that should be sent out to pasture.”

Gwyneth Paltrow has dropped a rather risque holiday commercial for her lifestyle brand Goop.

In the 90-second advertisement titled The Joy of Getting Ready, the actress/entrepreneur is seen modelling the latest items from her G. Label fashion collection as she prepares for the season’s holiday parties at home.

“First, put on a record to set the mood. Oh, yeah,” the narrator says, as the camera cuts to Gwyneth making two martinis in her kitchen: “Do everything in slow motion. Make this feeling last.

“Find your favourite look or 11 of them. Look fabulous in each one. And get super high… in your heels, of course.”

Later on, Gwyneth is shown whipping up two martinis in the kitchen before carrying them to her living room, with the voiceover commenting, “Someone’s double fisting and dammit, she’s earned it.”

The 47-year-old, who is married to TV producer Brad Falchuk, is then featured filling stockings above the fireplace, before deciding to keep one naughty gift to herself.

“Do something for others, but don’t forget about number one…,” advises the narrator, before confirming, “Yes, that is a vibrator”, as Gwyneth cheekily smirks and walks away with the sex toy.

The new Goop commercial isn’t the first time the Oscar winner has candidly shared sex tips with fans. She previously promoted the sale of a $495 (£380) vibrator for “vaginal toning” on her website, as well as the use of jade eggs, which are inserted into the vagina for sexual health – a practice doctors have strongly advised against.

Jennifer Aniston has no qualms about getting older.

The Morning Show star reached the milestone in February and celebrated with a star-studded bash in Los Angeles that included the likes of George and Amal Clooney, Reese Witherspoon, Robert Downey Jr., Gwyneth Paltrow, Ellen DeGeneres, Barbra Streisand, and Laura Dern.

Now, Jennifer – who was recently named as one of People magazine’s People of the Year, told the publication that she has no anxiety over the ageing process.

“(I don’t) feel 50,” she shared. “I don’t know what that’s supposed to feel like or look like. I know what society has painted it as and what narrative we put around it but none of that applies to myself in terms of how I feel about it.”

Jennifer went on to explain that she thinks of birthdays – whatever the age – as markers of good health. Accordingly, this is part of the reason why she wanted to have a big blowout for her 50th.

“Well, I love a big ol’ celebration and I thought what’s the alternative? Look, the alternative to not being 50 is because you’re not here anymore!” the star laughed. “And thank God. I think of all the people that we’ve lost before the age of 50 or at the age of 50. And also, I think we’re living longer now.”

As for what this past year has taught her, the Friends actress confessed she feels much more capable as she enters the next decade of her life.

“The words ‘I dare you’ or ‘no’ always make me kind of go, ‘Oh, okay. Well, let’s just see,'” she said.

Camila Cabello has been inked with her first tattoo.

The Havana hitmaker appears to have taken inspiration from Gwyneth Paltrow’s 1998 movie Shakespeare in Love for her new ink, which features on the inside of her right pinky finger.

The tattoo is a quote from the romantic period comedy-drama and reads, “It’s a mystery.”

Cabello decided to take the plunge during a recent night out in Los Angeles with her boyfriend, Shawn Mendes, who also added a new design to his collection of body art.

West Hollywood tattoo artist Kane Navasard debuted the small inking of the letter “A” in script font behind Mendes’s right ear – a tiny tribute to his teenage sister Aaliyah – in a post on Instagram.

“Little letter ‘A’ for the man @shawnmendes,” Navasard captioned the black-and-white photo.

The couple has yet to comment on its new tattoos, but Cabello previously indicated having a permanent inking wasn’t for her.

Asked if she had ever considered getting a tattoo, the 22-year-old told New York radio station KTU 103.5 FM, “I don’t think so because, for me, I feel like I go through different phases in my life and, for me, like everything has to change… I just like to transform. I don’t even like to wear the same clothes or like, the same bracelet. When I move on from something, it’s very drastic.”

The former Fifth Harmony singer has been dating Mendes since July.

Ralph Lauren isn’t a fan of dressing celebrities in his designs for the red carpet.

The American designer has opened up on his lengthy career in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, and during the chat, was asked how much he valued the publicity of famous faces wearing his gowns to events.

“Not something I love, but certainly a showcase for stars and the designers that dress them,” Lauren stated.

The fashion veteran created Gwyneth Paltrow’s iconic pink gown for the 1999 Academy Awards, which was the year she famously won the Best Actress gong for her turn in Shakespeare in Love.

Lauren revealed that despite not wanting his designs to grace the red carpet, he enjoys creating pieces that tell a story, and even imagines whole films based on his garments thanks to his love of cinema.

“Movies and storytelling have always been an inspiration. When I started designing, it was never about just the tie or the shirt or the dress. It was always about the hero or heroine I had in mind,” the 80-year-old explained. “They are the stars of my movies and express what I have to say. I study their character and I create for them and through them. I guess you could say, in some ways, I am the director and the screenwriter. I write through my clothes.”

Elsewhere in the interview, Lauren insisted that his brand was a champion of diversity in fashion, and said he has created clothes that incorporate a different way of living.

“Diversity has always been part of our world and our story. Not just race or gender, but different ways of living,” he added.

Gwyneth Paltrow’s Goop slammed over weight advice

Gwyneth Paltrow’s Goop website has come under fire from health experts following the publication of an article advising readers to target their “leanest liveable weight”.

A Goop article headlined Busting Diet Myths, first published in February 2018 and described as being “supported by science”, cites U.S. psychologist Dr. Traci Mann as stating that rather than attempting crash diets we should try to keep our weight at its “leanest liveable”

However, Cambridge University scientist Dr. Giles Yeo has branded the tip confusing and irresponsible in its use of language as those suffering from eating disorders may diet dangerously to keep their weight as low as possible.

“This is a dangerous suggestion, as many people will take it to mean they should be as thin as possible,” he tells Britain’s Daily Mail newspaper. “It is irresponsible because the idea is so open to misinterpretation, especially for young girls susceptible to eating disorders. The problem with many of Goop’s recommendations is that they are not based on science, but pseudoscience.”

Dr. Mann has defended her advice stating that her phrase refers to the leanest weight you can reach without dieting or extreme exercise regimes.

“I am strongly and clearly opposed to strict dieting,” she told the publication. “In fact, the article is specifically about not dieting, not trying to lose too much weight and not doing anything unhealthy or extreme. The phrase ‘leanest liveable weight’ refers to the leanest weight you can be without doing any strict dieting or unhealthy behaviour.”

She has also penned a book, Secrets of the Eating Lab, that advises against dieting, instead advising strategies to regulate eating habits to maintain a healthy weight.

Goop has been criticised for its promotion of unverified health advice in the past, and in 2018 paid a $145,000 (£113,000) fine in California due to unproven claims – including ones made for the infamous ‘vaginal eggs’ sold by the site.

Paltrow has defended her lifestyle brand following the controversies and announced she had hired a regulatory team to ensure its products were safe and properly advertised.
