Tommy Hilfiger and Lewis Hamilton recruited many famous faces to model their latest designs at London Fashion Week on Sunday.

The American designer unveiled his fourth collection in partnership with the Formula One driver, as well as their capsule collection with musician H.E.R., at the TOMMYNOW Spring 2020 show held at the Tate Modern in London on Sunday night, with celebrity guests including Billy Porter, Charli XCX, and Meghan Trainor.

The show featured a diverse, age, and size-inclusive mix of models from both sides of the Atlantic, ranging from ’90s British favourites Jodie Kidd, Yasmin Le Bon, and Erin O’Connor to newcomers such as Halima Aden, Alton Mason, and Jasmine Sanders. Other U.K. faces included Jourdan Dunn, Georgia May Jagger, and Karen Elson, while international models included Winnie Harlow, Alessandra Ambrosio, and Candice Swanepoel.

The famous faces on the runway vastly outnumbered those sitting front row, with the show also featuring celebrity relatives such as Helena Christensen and Norman Reedus’ son Mingus, Kate Moss’ sister Lottie, Liam Gallagher’s son Lennon, Bob Geldof’s daughter Pixie, and Christy Turlington’s nephew James.

The genderless ‘See Now, Buy Now’ collection was the most sustainable TommyxLewis release to date, with 75 per cent of the line using more sustainable production methods, including organic cotton, recycled fabric, and low-impact denim washes.

Naomi Campbell opened the show wearing a neon yellow and beige tracksuit with chunky high-top sneakers. A number of streetwear looks followed, before the collection focused on preppy outfits heavily featuring nautical stripes and the stars and stripes of the U.S. flag, with Ambrosio wearing a crisp navy blue blazer over the top of a white and blue striped shirt, worn as a dress, and a white jumper.

Hamilton linked arms with Campbell as he walked down to the catwalk with Hilfiger and H.E.R. to give the final bow.

“Thanks to @thomasjhilfiger, @hermusicofficial, all my amazing models including @naomi and of course to everyone at @tommyhilfiger,” he wrote on Instagram. “It’s been such a journey to create our most sustainable collection to date, but it’s something I’m so proud that we’ve been able to achieve. Feeling very grateful for all our hard work today.”

London Fashion Week continues on Monday with presentations from Burberry, JW Anderson, and Erdem.

Formula One driver Hamilton has collaborated with the American designer on four capsule drops over the course of the past two years. Now, he has recruited the star, real name Gabriella Wilson, to work on the new streetwear line, to be known as Tommy x Lewis x H.E.R.

“Such an honour to design and collab with @tommyhilfiger and @lewishamilton. Stay tuned for the drop of our collection!!!” she captioned an image of herself alongside Hamilton on Instagram on Wednesday.

The pair are pictured posing in casual black outfits with neon green writing. While few other details were given about the clothes, items will be made from 75 per cent sustainable fabrics like organic cotton.

“This collab is straight-up fire. More to come!! Thank you so much @hermusicofficial,” Hilfiger added.

Meanwhile, Hamilton has described the 22-year-old as a natural fit for the collaboration.

“I’m so grateful to continue to bring to life our shared vision of making each collection more sustainable,” he told WWD. “Tommy and I also share a passion for music and feel strongly about giving a platform to artists to express their creativity in a whole new medium.

“I admire the raw and authentic way that H.E.R. expresses herself through her music and the creative journey that she’s undertaken. Her authenticity comes through in the bold and edgy twist she has brought to the Tommy x Lewis x H.E.R. street style aesthetic.”

The capsule collection will be available for purchase following Hilfiger’s Tommy Now spring/summer 2020 show held as part of London Fashion Week on Sunday.

Kendall Jenner wowed Cannes in a stunning pink tulle dress from the new Giambattista Valli x H&M collection.

Project Love – the first collaboration between the Italian designer and high street brand – was revealed on Thursday at the Cinema Against AIDS amfAR gala during the prestigious film festival.

Model and reality star Kendall, along with Italian influencer Chiara Ferragni, singer/songwriter H.E.R., French model Bianca Brandolini, Chinese singer Chris Lee and musician Ross Lynch, were all chosen by Valli and Ann-Sofie Johansson – creative adviser at H&M – to debut the pieces from the collaboration.

The collection features the opulent and over-the-top ballgowns and feminine dresses that Valli has become known for, and includes both women and menswear inspired by the elegance and luxurious feel of Valli’s couture collection.

“H&M gives me the opportunity to bring my vision of style and my celebration of beauty to a wider audience,” Valli said of the affordable line. “The goal is to share my love for beauty and to be able to be part of everyone’s ‘happy moments,’ to help create love stories all around the world.”

Kendall was seen sporting a hot pink tulle ballgown with a detachable train – priced at $399 (£315) – which she featured heavily on her Instagram before attending the amfAR event. Posting clips on her Stories, she is seen posing on the balcony of her hotel room at sunset, while being filmed by a camera crew.

“I’m so happy to be wearing one of the first pieces from the Giambattista Valli x H&M collaboration here at the amfAR gala,” Jenner said in a statement. “This dress is everything – gorgeous, dramatic and fiercely feminine – and I can’t wait to see what the rest of the collection will be like.”

A limited selection of Project Love pieces will hit 12 H&M stores across the world on Saturday, with the full collection available on 7 November.

This is the first collaboration with a high-street retailer for Giambattista Valli, while H&M has a history of teaming with high-end fashion brands, including Karl Lagerfeld, Moschino, Comme des Garcons, Kenzo and Alexander Wang.
