Heidi Klum needs to buy a bigger sized pair of jeans after relaxing her diet and exercise routine during lockdown.

The German model lives in Los Angeles with her husband of 18 months, Tom Kaulitz, and her four children.

In a chat with British newspaper the Express, Heidi revealed she’s suffered from lockdown laziness during the Covid-19 pandemic, just like everyone else.

“I don’t fit in my favourite jeans any more. I’ve eaten a little more and exercised a little less than I normally would, so I’ll have to step it up to fit back into them. Or I just have to get a bigger pair – and I’m fine with that as well,” she shared.

Having a laidback approach to food is nothing new for Heidi, who insists she’s never followed a diet in the “old-fashioned sense”, as she prefers eating healthy, home-cooked food rather than cutting anything out.

Recalling how she failed to land any runway jobs when she started out as she had bigger boobs and wider hips than other catwalk models, the 47-year-old shared an important fact she’s learned over the years – never compare yourself to others around you.

“If social media is making that hard, step away from it for a little bit,” she continued. “I also think that having a healthy relationship with food can help your self-esteem.

“For example, if I eat bad things I’ll feel sluggish and then I don’t want to do anything. But if I’ve had a good meal I feel fuelled and charged and I feel better about myself.”

Naomi Campbell is “forever grateful” to Christy Turlington and Linda Evangelista for their support in the early days of her career.

The trio was part of the iconic group of supermodels in the 1990s known as The Big Five, alongside Cindy Crawford and Claudia Schiffer.

And in a new interview with Variety, Naomi has recalled how grateful she was when the women stood up to defend her when designers refused to use her in their shows.

“I’m forever grateful to these people and to Christy and Linda,” the 50-year-old praised. “Back in the day when people were not so open – because people hadn’t thought about using a woman of colour in shows – they would defend me and put themselves on the line by saying, ‘If you don’t use her you don’t get us.’

“That doesn’t happen today because everyone is out for themselves, and that compassion and support doesn’t exist anymore.”

In addition, the model-turned-philanthropist touchingly revealed that she still regards the supermodels as family.

“Cindy, Linda, Christy and I were four girls who were brought together from different parts of the world,” Naomi shared. “We might never have met if not for work and I still call these women my new additional chosen family as some members of my chosen family have not been around for as long as others.”

Elsewhere in the interview, the British star also discussed reuniting with fellow model Heidi Klum on the Amazon Prime show Making the Cut, after the pair previously worked together on Germany’s Next Top Model.

“I do love working with Heidi. I have a lot of respect for her. She’s fun working to be around and she’s hard-working,” she gushed.

Heidi Klum has been criticised for having her hair coloured in a “socially distant” visit from her hairdresser.

On Wednesday, the 46-year-old took to Instagram to share a cheeky snap of her wearing black lingerie, fishnet tights, black high heels, and a face mask while having her blonde highlights touched up in her garden by celebrity hairstylist Lorenzo Martin.

“Dahhling we found a way! Social distancing highlights. Love you @hairbylorenzomartin,” Klum wrote alongside the photo, which shows the hairdresser wearing gloves, a face mask, and an umbrella with armholes in an attempt to help him keep the required two-metre distance between people per health guidelines amid the coronavirus crisis.

The America’s Got Talent judge also shared snaps from the hair colouring session on her Instagram Stories, including one of her jokingly doing her gardening which she captioned, “#ProcessingTime.”

“Only you!! Love it,” fellow supermodel Naomi Campbell commented, along with a string of laughing emojis.

However, not everyone was happy with Klum’s hair colouring appointment, with some of her followers criticising her for breaking lockdown restrictions.

When one Instagram user asked if the photoshoot was “a joke”, the mother-of-four replied with an eye-roll emoji, and later told another commenter that the point of Martin wearing the umbrella was “to maybe get a smile even (on) your face.”

Safety measures across the U.S. have seen businesses including hair and nail salons closed temporarily amid the Covid-19 outbreak, and in Los Angeles, where Klum is self-isolating, hairdressers will not be permitted to open until June at the earliest.

Heidi Klum has candidly discussed the way she now feels comfortable in her own skin.

In a new interview with U.S. Red magazine, the 46-year-old discussed her personal life and revealed that she’s developed a good relationship with her body.

“I feel happy with who I am and how I am. If I wasn’t, I would change it,” she candidly shared, before adding that she’s learned to appreciate being present and has stopped worrying about the little things. “Something that I’ve learned over the years is to be happier in the moment. I want to experience and love and live more in that very day and make that beautiful instead of wishing it away. But I don’t look back. I live in the present and prepare for what’s to come.

Elsewhere in the interview, the German-born beauty opened up on her marriage to Tokio Hotel frontman Tom Kaulitz, and confessed he’s brought a different perspective to her life because he’s 16 years younger than her.

“You see so many times that someone falls in love and then it doesn’t gel as well, so I’m so happy and grateful that everyone is happy with one another,” the America’s Got Talent judge said. “He’s a 30-year-old man, so there’s just a different life and spirit about him. He does music and his brother has neon-green hair. He has tattoos everywhere.”

The couple tied the knot in secret back in February 2019, and Heidi and Tom exchanged vows again in front of family and friends off the coast of Capri in August.

And the mother-of-four couldn’t be happier with her musician beau.

“When we close our door and we’re at home, we just want to be with each other,” she sweetly shared. ‘It’s just like the core is the same. The values are the same.”

Heidi Klum has encouraged her fans to participate in a “strutting” challenge while practicing social distancing amid the coronavirus crisis.

Following the launch of her new Amazon Prime Video reality TV series, Making the Cut, last week, the German supermodel and TV personality took to Instagram to share a video of her doing her best runway walk while wearing a red tracksuit and black thigh-high boots in her living room.

“While we’re all at home, I’d love to do this challenge with you guys. Please show off your best home couture and use the hashtag #StrutForTheCut,” she commented, before referring to her dog Anton. “Anton and I can’t wait to see what you will be wearing… and sending all of you lots of love!”

In the accompanying caption, Heidi asked her seven million followers to show off their “social distancing home couture”.

“Whatever you want to wear – whether that means your favourite flannels, going all out glamorous sexy and chic, or pairing your sweats with thigh-high boots (as I did). Now I want to see you strut! I will repost my favourites,” the 46-year-old noted.

Meanwhile, Heidi also announced that the team behind Making the Cut will be donating approximately $600,000 (£483,000) to the World Health Organization (WHO) in aid of hospitals and health workers around the globe fighting the Covid-19 pandemic.

Following their exit from Project Runway in 2018, Heidi and co-host Tim Gunn unveiled the fashion competition show Making the Cut on 27 March.

Judges include Naomi Campbell, Nicole Richie, Carine Roitfeld, Joseph Altuzarra, and Chiara Ferragni.

Winnie Harlow has made a splash by dressing as Marilyn Monroe for Halloween.

The Canadian model took to Instagram on Thursday to upload three photos of her dressed up as the Hollywood icon in her 1953 movie Gentlemen Prefer Blondes, specifically the Diamonds Are a Girl’s Best Friend sequence.

Winnie topped off her look with blue contact lenses, a slash of red lipstick and a bright blonde wig.

“Recreating an iconic Marilyn Monroe look has always been a dream of mine. My obsession runs deep. So being able to have such an amazing team help make this dream a reality blows my mind,” she captioned the snaps, before going on to credit her glam squad for their work. “Thank you @jamiemcfarland (Jamie McFarland, designer) for creating each custom look. Thank you @hbjbofficial (Jordan Jay Brumant, hairstylist) for slaying the hell out of this blonde moment!! Thank you @adamburrell (Adam Burrell, make-up artist) for literally giving me the embodiment of Marilyn through beat! Thank you @__ashabriana for killing the planning for this whole idea. And of course a HUGE Thank You to @sanchezzalba (Albert Sanchez and Pedro Zalba, photographers) for not only offering to shoot this look, but opening your home studio to me, my team and friends to make this all come to life.”

Winnie concluded her post by writing: “Each of you know I love a Halloween moment and this idea would’ve been nothing without any of you!”

Accordingly, a number of the 25-year-old’s celebrity followers were quick to praise her look, with Khloe Kardashian writing, “Wow wow wow,” and Ebonee Davis adding: “How you look even better than the original??!!!!!”

Other top models to get into the Halloween spirit this year included Heidi Klum, who went as a gruesome alien-type figure for her annual bash, Georgia Fowler, who channelled Audrey Hepburn in Breakfast at Tiffany’s, Gigi Hadid, who was dressed as Jim Carrey in The Mask, and Emily Ratajkowski, who copied Edie Falco’s look as Carmela Soprano in TV show The Sopranos.

Heidi Klum has filed a legal petition to adopt her husband Tom Kaulitz’s last name.

The model wed the Tokio Hotel musician in August, but the couple officially tied the knot in February, just two months after getting engaged on Christmas Eve last year.

According to legal documents obtained by The Blast, Klum has asked the courts to be officially recognised as Heidi Kaulitz, citing “marriage” as the cause for the petition.

The 46-year-old exchanged vows with the German rocker in a star-studded wedding off the coast of Capri, Italy, on board a luxury yacht which was once owned by Aristotle Onassis and also hosted the wedding reception of Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis and Aristotle himself.

And the model is still enjoying newlywed bliss with her husband.

“It was great,” Klum told People about the nuptials. “We danced until the sun came up, and it was nice because no one’s feet were hurting. It was so magical.”

The mother-of-four later honeymooned in Italy with Kaulitz and confessed she overindulged in the sumptuous local food.

“We were in Italy for three weeks. I’m still wearing baggier clothes now because I just ate too much and had too much fun!” she joked.

It is the third marriage for the German supermodel, who was previously wed to stylist Ric Pipino and British singer Seal.

And it might be third time lucky for Klum, who touchingly revealed that married life is treating her very well.

“He’s really game for anything. We’re very similar that way. He enjoys life and is very generous. He’s super kind. I just found my partner finally, you know?” she sweetly shared.

Heidi Klum has revealed her Halloween costume this year will take “10 hours” to put on.

The model and TV personality has become known for going all out with her fancy dress for her annual Halloween party, with her previous costumes including Hindu goddess Kali, Cleopatra, Jessica Rabbit, and the werewolf from Michael Jackson’s Thriller video.

Last year, she attended with now-husband Tom Kaulitz in full prosthetics as ogres Princess Fiona and Shrek from the hit animated franchise, and Heidi is going above and beyond for the upcoming 20th anniversary of her Halloween party.

“I’m gonna have a hard time walking, and it’ll take a really long time. It will be a couples’ costume!” she told People, before adding that it will take “10 hours” to put on.

However, the Tokio Hotel musician’s outfit will be much easier this time around, after he found the Shrek prosthetics overwhelming last year.

“His is gonna be easier (than mine this year) because last year I felt so bad for him,” Heidi explained. “He had never done this before, and it was harder for him than for me because he had the big belly and the face. I’m used to it, but he was like, ‘Oh my god, I’m gonna die! It’s so hot!'”

Despite freaking out, the 30-year-old rocker took it all in his stride.

“He loved it. He’s just as nuts as me, but I had to come up with something a little easier for him to wear this time around,” the former Project Runway star shared.

And the 46-year-old also revealed she will be doing a live performance in the window of Amazon’s New York store, so fans will be able to see her getting ready for the Halloween bash.

“People walking by can see, shop, have lunch and come back, and I’ll still be sitting there in that window getting ready,” she laughed.

Heidi Klum has shown off her stunning Valentino wedding dress in a behind-the-scenes video from one of her fittings in Paris.

The model wore the bespoke gown for her second wedding to Tokio Hotel rocker Tom Kaulitz earlier this month, which took place on a luxury yacht off the coast of Capri in Italy.

And more than two weeks after the nuptials, Klum shared a full look at her ethereal, off-the-shoulder white dress, designed by Valentino creative director Pierpaolo Piccioli, by posting a behind-the-scenes video on Instagram, showing her at her final fitting for the wedding dress at the Place Vendome in Paris.

Skipping around the gilded room, the 46-year-old smiles as she’s helped into the gown.

“I’m excited now,” she gushed to the camera. “I can’t wait already!”

“My dream wedding dress,” the mother-of-four wrote alongside the video on Instagram, tagging Piccioli and the luxury Italian fashion house.

For her relaxed wedding day look, the German-born beauty accessorised with a necklace that sweetly spelled out her husband’s name and two gold bracelets, with her hair worn in tousled waves.

Meanwhile, Kaulitz wore an all-white suit with a blue button-down and matching pocket square.

The model got engaged to the musician in December and they married in private in February.

And the loved-up duo is currently on honeymoon in Italy, with Klum sharing enviable sun-soaked snaps of their romantic break on social media.

Chiara Ferragni is “honoured” to join the star-studded judging panel for Heidi Klum’s new show, Making the Cut.

The Italian influencer and blogger has joined the cast of Klum and Tim Gunn’s new Amazon fashion show and will judge the contestants alongside supermodel Naomi Campbell, fashion editor Carine Roitfeld, designer Joseph Altuzarra and actress-turned-designer Nicole Richie.

Ferragni has already been sharing images on Instagram from her trip to Tokyo to film one of the challenges.

“So honoured to be one of the judges of #MakingTheCut by @amazonprimevideo hosted by @heidiklum and @timgunn,” the 32-year-old captioned a shot of her with Klum and Gunn, who serve as the show’s co-hosts and executive producers. “I can’t wait for 2020 for you to watch this fashion competition where I’m finding the best new designer alongside @carineroitfeld, @josephaltuzarra, @naomi, and @nicolerichie as fellow judges. This is the show we’re filming right now in Tokyo and I’m so happy to be working in my first American show and in such an important role.”

Filming on Making the Cut began in Paris in June, with the first challenge taking place an open-air stage in front of the Eiffel Tower.

On the show, 12 entrepreneurs and designers from around the world compete for a $1 million prize and the chance to turn their budding business ideas into hugely successful brands.

“I am so excited that @chiaraferragni has joined my judging panel for #MakingTheCut,” Klum wrote on Instagram, alongside a selfie of her with Ferragni. “@timgunn and I have been having so much fun in Tokyo and cannot wait for 2020 to show all of you what we have been up to!”

Making the Cut will debut on Amazon Prime next year.
