Heidi Klum has been named as the U.K. celebrity ambassador for vitamin brand, Perfectil.

Back in September, the German model and TV presenter became the face of the British company as they launched in the U.S., and now she will grace ad campaigns for Perfectil across the U.K.

Heidi will be appearing in advertising and social campaigns from mid-July, and she said in a statement announcing her new role that she was proud to be promoting the hair, skin, and nails vitamin.

“I believe in the saying you are what you eat,” the 46-year-old shared. “I love preparing healthy food for me and my family every day. In addition to that I love a multi-vitamin for myself to enhance more beautiful nails, skin and hair. I believe that Perfectil does that for me.”

Tej Lalvani, chief executive officer of Perfectil’s parent company Vitabiotics, said the brand was “thrilled” to be collaborating with the Emmy Award-winning presenter.

“She is the embodiment of inner beauty and the ideal person to communicate our scientific approach to beauty and further expand our consumer base,” the businessman gushed.

There are seven variations of the Perfectil supplement, including Perfectil Plus Skin, Perfectil Plus Hair, and Perfectil Platinum.

It’s been a busy time for Heidi, as she recently began filming her new TV show, Making the Cut, for Amazon Prime Video. After hosting the U.S. competition show Project Runway for a staggering 13 years, the mother-of-four stepped down, along with co-host and mentor Tim Gunn, and the duo created their own fashion design programme.

British supermodel Naomi Campbell, fashion editor Carine Roitfeld, designer Joseph Altuzarra and reality star and House of Harlow 1960 founder Nicole Richie are the four big-name judges on Making the Cut, which will debut in 2020.

Making the Cut will see 12 entrepreneurs and designers from around the world compete for a $1 million (£788,000) prize and the chance to turn their budding businesses into massive worldwide brands.

Disney’s famous Mickey and Minnie Mouse ears are getting a stylish makeover with the help of some of fashion’s top names.

Heidi Klum, Vera Wang, Karlie Kloss, Betsey Johnson and Coach are among the models, designers and fashion houses putting their own spin on the theme park accessory.

A roster of stars, designers and artists have been recruited for the new project, with designs being rolled out monthly starting from 24 May.

“Bedazzling the most famous ears in the world is like a dream come true for me. I am still pinching myself. To all Mickey and Minnie fans – I hope you love wearing them as much as I do! #DisneyParksDesignerCollection #AD@disney,” Heidi wrote on her Instagram page next to a photo of her modelling her sparkling ears, complete with a tiara, which come out in the fall time.

“I had so much fun designing for the #DisneyParksDesignerCollection. I was so inspired by Mickey and Minnie’s iconic style that I actually had a few designs in mind… it was hard to pick just one! However, I am thrilled that my blinged-out tiara ears will be released in September! Thank you @disney – it is an honor!”

The ear hats and headbands will be available at Disneyland Resort in California, Walt Disney World Resort in Florida and online.

For Vera’s ears, which come out in spring 2020, the bridalwear designer stuck to her roots and opted for a veil and white ribbon detailing.

“As a lifelong lover of Disney, and the joy and happiness, not to mention fantasy, Disney has inspired in all of us,” she enthused in a statement. “I am both thrilled and honoured to have partnered with them to create the Vera Wang Disney wedding veil with the iconic mouse ears so symbolic of their global brand.”

Some of the biggest names in fashion had a model Mother’s Day on Sunday, with the likes of Heidi Klum, Behati Prinsloo and Lily Aldridge celebrating motherhood.

Numerous fashion stars took to Instagram to add their own sweet messages over the U.S. holiday.

Heidi, who has daughter Leni, 15, from her relationship with Flavio Briatore, and Henry, 14, Johan, 12, and nine-year-old Lou with ex-husband Seal, shared a throwback home video of her breastfeeding Leni with her 6.2 million followers on Instagram.

“…and this is how it all began for me as a Mother ….day 1 with little Leni I feel soooo blessed with 4 amazing children Leni,Henry,Johan and Lou . THANK YOU #mothersday,” she gushed,

Naomi Campbell was one of the thousands to comment, writing four hearts underneath the post.

Meanwhile Behati shared an old snap of when she was pregnant. The Namibian model welcomed daughters Dusty in 2016 and Gio last year with Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine.

“My biggest accomplishment is becoming a mom to my two beautiful girls who chose me. I LOVE YOU. And all the moms in my life and all around the world, Mother’s Day is everyday. THANK YOU for your strength and unconditional love,” she wrote.

Lily, who has children Dixie, six, and Winston, three months, with Kings of Leon star Caleb Followill, told her fans she was “full of gratitude for the magical journey of Motherhood”, adding that she feels so blessed to have her family.

Tess Holliday also shared a sweet post. The plus-size star welcomed her first child, son Rylee, before she found fame, and then her and husband Nick added to their brood with son Bowie in 2016.

“When I first became a Mom, I was a single, living in Mississippi, working at Walmart portrait studio making $7 an hour, & no one knew who I was or cared. When I had my second child 10 years later, I was a celebrity, had to use an alias at the hospital bc of the press following me, I had @nickhollidayco by my side, & was no longer worried about money, a roof over our head or anything else I worried about 10 years prior,” she candidly told her followers.

Christian Siriano hadn’t thought about the fashion struggles faced by disabled people until Selma Blair pitched the idea of creating a label to help sufferers.

Selma, who was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis last year (18), recently told Vanity Fair that the amount of accessible clothes on the market today is severely lacking, and explained that she wanted to team up with former Project Runway winner Christian to fill that void.

While discussions have yet to officially begin, Christian is keen to see where the conversation may lead.

“I hope we can figure out something. She really wants to do something,” he told Entertainment Tonight. “We have to wait until she gets a little better and we can actually, really talk about it.

“There is a need. Someone like her, she’s like, ‘I can’t zip anything up’. And I didn’t think about that. That’s a really interesting thing, concept, to think about. To think you can’t button your jacket.”

Christian was crowned the winner of fashion reality series Project Runway back in 2008, and has now returned to the show as a mentor to the contestants, taking the place of Tim Gunn in the new line-up.

Reflecting on his new gig, the 33-year-old smiled that he’s come “full circle”, and told ET that his approach to the programme is vastly different to Tim and former host Heidi Klum’s.

“For me and my perspective, is that I am very real. I treat the designers the same way I treat my team. I try to give them real world opinions and advice as best as I can, whether they want it or not,” he grinned.

Karlie Kloss hosts the revamped version of the show, which kicked off its 17th season in March.

Winnie Harlow recreates RuPaul’s iconic Viva Glam campaign for MAC

Winnie Harlow has celebrated 25 years of MAC’s Viva Glam initiative by recreating RuPaul’s iconic campaign.

Back in 1994, executives at the U.S. cosmetics giant launched the very first Viva Glam lipstick to help raise money and awareness for HIV/AIDS, with drag icon RuPaul fronting the accompanying marketing imagery, which featured the slogan, “I am the MAC girl!”

Now, brand bosses have tapped Winnie to star in a new campaign marking the anniversary, with the Canadian model paying homage to the original by sporting red leather boots and corset.

“SURPRISE!! THANK YOU @MACCosmetics for not only allowing me to be the new face of MAC Viva Glam, but using my RuPaul Halloween costume inspo (inspiration) creative for the campaign!” the 24-year-old captioned a snap of the updated campaign on her Instagram page on Monday (15Apr19), referring to when she channelled RuPaul’s racy look for Heidi Klum’s annual Halloween party last year.

“I worked hard to pull this look and shoot together with my team, inspired by one of the greatest charitable campaigns from 1994 (the year I was born), and I’m excited to announce MAC is using it for the newest Viva Glam campaign. If you know me, you know make-up is a love of mine so I’m speechless! There is no make-up campaign more ICONIC than the @MACcosmetics#VIVAGLAM campaign and I’m honoured to work with them as they celebrate their 25th anniversary of Viva Glam.”

And a MAC spokesperson added that they were delighted with Winnie’s version of the original photoshoot.

“Talk about a #throwback. Supermodel @winnieharlow recreates the iconic first-ever #VIVAGLAM campaign! A self-described VIVA GLAM super-fan, Winnie celebrates the irreverence, outrageous style and irrepressible love of life VIVA GLAM has been serving since 1994,” they wrote on social media.

MAC continues to promote the Viva Glam range, with the full RRP less any taxes donated to non-profit organisations that they believe can make a meaningful impact on health, rights and equality. The company has also relaunched the original Viva Glam I lipstick, a deep red, as well as pinkish-beige mauve Viva Glam II, and Viva Glam III, a muted plum shade, which are all priced at $18.50 (£17.50).

In the two decades since RuPaul first appeared in the campaign, many celebrities have appeared in promotions, including Lady Gaga, Elton John, Nicki Minaj, Christina Aguilera, and Miley Cyrus.

Naomi Campbell has shared a candid message on social media to mark her 33 years in fashion.

The British supermodel was first scouted at the age of 15 and has since gone on to establish herself as one of the most sought-after names in the world, having most recently walked the runway for the likes of Valentino, Louis Vuitton, and H&M x Moschino.

Now, Naomi has taken to Instagram to reflect on her career and her ongoing success.

“They said I would only last 11 years, but here I am today celebrating 33 years in the business of fashion! I feel so blessed and grateful to God. I never thought that there would be a day when I would even convey such a message on social media!” she captioned a black-and-white snap of herself as a teenager posing for photographer Steven Meisel. “To my beautiful mother Valerie Morris @valeriemorriscampbell I thank you for believing in the dreams of a three-year-old and letting me be me. Your love and support has kept me going through good and bad times (sic). I love you mum.”

Naomi went on to express gratitude to her family for helping her over the course of her “incredible” journey and made special mention of the friends who have stuck by her “through thick and thin,” even when she is constantly working.

However, the star remains adamant that she has no plans to retire from modelling and is especially focused on her philanthropic work in Africa.

“My friends are always telling me to slow down and rest but I’m at a point in my career where my vision is crystal clear, and for now I’m on a mission. A mission to nurture the new and next generation. A mission to ensure that my industry – the fashion industry – is a place that’s diverse and of equal opportunity and I’m on a mission to change the narrative and perception of the great continent of Africa! I do believe that I will rest when God wants me to, but until then I’ll keep going!” the 48-year-old concluded.

Accordingly, the post caught the attention of a number of Naomi’s celebrity friends, with Linda Evangelista, Christy Turlington, Heidi Klum, and Helena Christensen all praising her in the comments section.

Rachel Zoe is gearing up to make a return to reality TV with a new fashion competition series.

The designer and stylist, known for her boho-chic aesthetic and work with celebrities such as Nicole Richie, Cameron Diaz, Jennifer Garner, and Kate Hudson, starred in her own Bravo show, The Rachel Zoe Project, for five seasons between 2008 and 2013.

Now, Zoe has announced that she has teamed with TV producer Mark Burnett and executives at MGM Television on a fresh project, which aims to find undiscovered designers.

“This is the show I have always wanted to make,” she said in a statement. “The show will spotlight some of the most talented designers from around the world, and I am thrilled to be able to highlight their work. I have the utmost respect for Mark Burnett and the team at MGM – this is my dream partnership.”

The TV show, which is currently untitled, will bring together an array of design talent from around the world. Competing designers will have to work on original creations, with part of the format seeing the items put up for sale online after each episode has aired.

Sean Kelly and Steve Hughes of Shaggy Entertainment came up with the concept, and will serve as executive producers alongside Zoe, Burnett, and Barry Poznick.

Karlie Kloss’ life has changed “in all the best ways” since marrying Joshua Kushner last October (18).

The 26-year-old model opened up about life as a wife during the 2019 Winter Television Critics Association on Tuesday (29Jan19), where she was promoting the new season of Project Runway, which she hosts.

“I love being married,” she gushed when asked about her husband. “Honestly, I just feel really happy. It’s so nice to just have a home base. I can’t explain. Nothing has really changed, but in all the best ways, it feels different. I love it.”

And speaking about how Joshua – the younger brother of Jared Kushner, U.S. President Donald Trump’s son-in-law – supports her as she “figures out how to continue to grow my career and balance my personal and professional life”, Karlie added: “I feel really grateful that I have a partner, my husband, who’s an incredible support to me and wants to help me accomplish my dreams no matter what they are.”

Karlie and Joshua got engaged last July, and wed in an intimate ceremony in Upstate New York in October.

The blonde beauty also opened up about what she will bring to the new season of Project Runway, following the departure of former host Heidi Klum and mentor Tim Gunn. Former winner Christian Siriano will be stepping into Tim’s shoes, and both Tim and Heidi have expressed their support of the reinvention of the much-loved programme.

“Heidi is an incredible friend and someone I look up to,” Karlie added to People of her new gig. “I’ve been really grateful that she’s supported me. This is her baby. This show is something that she cares so much about and I’m really proud to be a part of it.”

Lady Gaga led the glamour at the Golden Globe Awards in Los Angeles on Sunday night (06Jan19), wowing in a stunning eggshell blue ballgown.

The 32-year-old singer and actress may have missed out on the Best Actress in a Motion Picture – Drama prize for her role in A Star Is Born, but she topped numerous best-dressed lists thanks to her custom Valentino couture creation.

Fans were quick to point out the similarity between Gaga’s show-stopping outfit and the dress worn by Judy Garland in the 1954 version of A Star Is Born. However, the multi-talented star, who picked up the Best Original Song gong for her A Star Is Born tune Shallow at the event, insisted any likeness was entirely unplanned.

Shown a picture of Judy in the gown by reporters at Entertainment Tonight, Gaga replied: “We didn’t say that. No, but it looks an awful lot like that, doesn’t it? She looks beautiful. This is a Valentino Couture custom creation for me. That’s special, except I’m missing the gloves. Thank you for showing me that. It made my night.”

Gaga teamed her one-of-a-kind dress with $5 million (£3.9 million) worth of Tiffany & Co. diamonds, and complemented the look by dyeing her platinum blonde hair a matching shade of blue.

The star wasn’t the only celebrity to opt for a ballgown for the occasion. Crazy Rich Asians actress Constance Wu and GLOW beauty Alison Brie both opted for floor-grazing dresses from Vera Wang, while Riverdale actress Lili Reinhart matched the red carpet in an eye-catching Khyeli Couture number.

Penelope Cruz went for drama in her black and purple Ralph & Russo halterneck gown, while newly-engaged Heidi Klum was pretty as a princess in her Monique Lhuillier dress, which featured floral embellishments on the black tulle skirt.

Emmy Rossum, Jameela Jamil, Isla Fisher, and Amber Heard also opted for full gowns.
