Lady Gaga went for a milkmaid chic look as she honoured her longtime hairstylist Frederic Aspiras at The Daily Front Row Fashion Los Angeles Awards on Sunday night (17Mar19).
The 32-year-old singer dressed to impress for the occasion in a Rodarte dress, which featured a classic silhouette given a modern edge thanks to being made of black and white leather. The ensemble featured puffy sleeves, a large white bow on the torso and a white triangular ruffle on the long skirt.
Gaga completed her look by styling her platinum locks in retro waves, and went all out with her make-up, wearing bright orange lipstick and a matching eyeshadow, with diamond encrusted fake eyelashes adding the perfect finishing touch.
Sharing a snap of her outfit on her Instagram Stories, Gaga wrote: “On my way to present best hairstylist of the year from The Daily Front Row to my best friend and hair artist for a decade @fredericaspiras.”
As Gaga and Frederic arrived at the event, they posed up a storm on the red carpet – air kissing, holding hands and, at one point, Frederic swept Gaga back into a dip.
The Oscar-winning singer wasn’t the only famous face to make an appearance at the awards.
Kate Hudson looked incredible in a sparkling red dress which showed off her post-baby curves, while Courtney Love also opted for red as she sported a figure-hugging silk number.
Busy Philipps went for a dramatic look in a plunging black shirt and wide-legged silver trousers, finished off with slicked-back hair, while Jaime King sported similarly wet-look locks – the perfect accompaniment to her black trouser suit, teamed with a mint green velvet cummerbund and cute bunny clutch bag.
Cara Santana, Malika Haqq and Shadowhunters actress Katherine McNamara also pulled out all the stops for the occasion.

Ashley Greene, Jaime King and their stylists are letting fans get an inside glimpse into what goes on at a styling session.
The two stars, along with their stylists Cristina Ehrlich and Annie Ladino, are featuring in new digital series called Click My Closet, produced by marketing company Rogers & Cowan.
As well as giving fans a chance to see how fashion choices are made, viewers are also able to instantly purchase outfits while they watch.
“It’s a way to connect with fans, talk about fashion and let them be part of my world,” Ashley said, according to The Hollywood Reporter. “Social media has created this, ‘We want it now, we want whatever’s on this person,’ moment. This is going one step further to let people see why you wear what you wear and the thought process behind it.”
Cristina, who counts Priyanka Chopra, Tina Fey and Allison Williams as clients, added that the video clips are a great way to show that celebrities face the same style struggles as everyone else.
“Women are faced daily with a closet of clothes and having to get ready and feeling like they have nothing to wear,” she said. “Giving access to private moments with stylists shows that celebrities have the same qualms.
“People see photos online and think it’s so easy. Sometimes you have the good fortune of putting something on and it’s one and done. Other times you have to keep trying to find the perfect thing.”
Click My Closet launched on Tuesday (22May18) with four episodes. Dancer Cheryl Burke and model Petra Nemcova also feature in the debut episodes.

Thandie Newton looked out of this world at the Solo: A Star Wars Story premiere on Thursday night (10May18).
The British actress joined her co-stars on the red carpet at the El Capitan Theatre in Los Angeles for the debut of the latest instalment of the Star Wars anthology, which explores the adventures of a young Han Solo and Chewbacca.
While Thandie is costumed in a leather jacket and matching trousers for her role as Val in the film, she opted for a much more glamorous look for the screening, choosing to wear a black gown with sheer skirt from Christian Dior for the night.
“Out the door and J’ADORE,” Thandie’s stylist Erin Walsh captioned a snap posted on Instagram of the actress as she headed to the event. “Kicking off the #HanSolo #starwars @starwars tour #letsdothis.”
Emilia Clarke, who takes on the part of Qi’Ra in Solo, got dressed up for the night too. The Game of Thrones star rocked a dark red ballgown with white floral print from Valentino and had her freshly dyed platinum blonde tresses swept back into an elegant ponytail. She accessorised with Christian Louboutin high heels and topped off the glamorous ensemble with glittering earrings from Neil Lane.
Han Solo actor Alden Ehrenreich made a sartorial statement in a blue three-piece suit, while Donald Glover, who plays Lando Calrissian, chose to wear a red suit which he complemented with white sneakers and a couple of gold chains around his neck.
Phoebe Waller-Bridge got into the theme of the evening by donning a long white sequin gown from Adam Lippes which she matched with Gianvito Rossi heels, while Woody Harrelson stuck with his signature relaxed look and wore a blue suit with a black T-shirt.
A number of celebrities turned out to show their support for the film as well, with Sofia Vergara rocking up in a gorgeous Oscar de la Renta dress, and Jaime King wowing in a sheer gown with multicoloured tiered skirt from Schiaparelli.
