Lily Aldridge used sheet masks on her belly during the last days of her second pregnancy.

The former Victoria’s Secret Angel, who shares daughter Dixie, seven, and 12-month-old son Winston with her Kings of Leon rocker husband Caleb Followill, told InStyle magazine that she diligently kept up her skincare routine even when she was days away from giving birth.

“Toward the end of my third trimester with my son, when I was counting the seconds until giving birth, I’d put one sheet mask on my face and another on my bump and watch TV,” Lily laughed. “My daughter thought it was so hilarious!

“I didn’t do it every day, but whenever I had 20 extra minutes to treat myself, I’d think, ‘Oh, a sheet mask on my belly? That sounds fun.'”

While the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit beauty opted for all-natural alternatives during her pregnancies, Lily is glad to be able to introduce her favourite skincare products back into her routine now that her 12-month-old son has stopped breastfeeding.

“I went with an all-natural regimen during both my pregnancies and while nursing my two children. I just weaned my baby son, Winston, and it’s opened up a whole new world of beauty products I can introduce back into my life,” the 34-year-old explained, noting that she preferred “natural options” from luxury brand Tata Harper, a “skincare line I started using while breastfeeding and have continued with because the formulas are fantastic,” Lily gushed.

Lily Aldridge’s rock star husband Caleb Followill wears one of the fragrances she created.

The Victoria’s Secret Angel launched her debut perfume, Haven, in September, which featured notes of rose, peony, amber, and cedarwood, and recently released her second, muskier scent, Summit.

And in a new interview with InStyle magazine, the 34-year-old revealed that the fragrance is so spicy and moody that even her Kings of Leon frontman beau is a big fan.

“All my scents are very different, because what’s the point of making four scents that are all florals or have similar notes?” she explained. “Summit is a spicy, edgy, moody scent with leather and tobacco. It’s supposed to represent the feelings of being in the mountains and just being cosy during the wintertime. It’s also a more gender-neutral scent that I want to wear, but so does my husband.”

Lily confessed she used to mix up wearing feminine perfumes with more masculine colognes when she was younger, which eventually inspired her to create her own distinctive fragrances when she started her brand, Lily Aldridge Parfums.

Elsewhere in the interview, the model, who welcomed son Winston in January, opened up about her beauty routine now she’s a mother of two.

“I’m still nursing so I’m using really clean and natural products. I generally always lean towards these types of brands, but there are definitely some that aren’t that I have and love in my routine,” the brunette beauty shared.

Lily Aldridge has designed a capsule collection for Levi’s Made & Crafted.

The Victoria’s Secret model starred in the fall/winter 2018 campaign for the denim brand’s premium line and has expanded her collaboration with the team by designing a five-piece range which includes versions of the line’s bestsellers reimagined in unisex styles.

The Levi’s Made & Crafted x Lily Aldridge collection features an oversized white T-shirt, the Trucker Jacket, the 501 High-Rise Shorts, 501 Original Cropped Jeans, and a denim jumpsuit. Each piece is available in medium stonewash denim and intended for both men and women.

In addition, Lily’s name is included on the brand’s signature backpatch, along with the lyrics, “Don’t forget to love,” which were written by her husband Caleb Followill for his band Kings of Leon’s hit Immortals.

“I’m excited to announce my five-piece collection with Levi’s Made & Crafted,” the 33-year-old wrote on Instagram. “This collaboration was designed by me to be worn by EVERYONE! Caleb has already stolen a few pieces for himself… It’s classic Levi’s staples that I will one day give to my kids. The collection is inspired by Caleb’s Immortals lyrics ‘don’t forget to love’ … you can find these lyrics on the pieces (heart emoji).”

“It’s perfectly Lily. When she realised Caleb was borrowing her clothes, she decided to make a collection that anyone can wear,” added Nicolle Arbour, global design director, Levi’s Made & Crafted.

Aldridge also models her designs in the campaign, which was photographed by Matthew Welch and styled by his wife Karla Welch.

In honour of the collection, Levi’s executives are donating to the Everytown for Gun Safety Support Fund, a U.S. nonprofit organisation that advocates against gun violence. The limited-edition line is available exclusively on Levi.com.

Lily Aldridge is preparing to unveil her namesake fragrance brand.

The California-born model is one of the most sought-after names in the fashion business and has landed coveted campaigns for the likes of Victoria’s Secret, Ralph Lauren, Levi’s, and Bulgari.

Lily announced last September that she was developing her own perfume company in partnership with Interstellar Brands, a subsidiary of Inter Parfums, Inc., and her management team, IMG Models, and on Thursday announced the brand will officially be launched on 1 September.

“Such an exciting day speaking with beauty editors about what I’ve been working on for the last 2 years @lilyaldridgeparfums launching Sept 1,” she wrote on her Instagram page alongside a selfie. “Thank you for all the love & support today!!! Can’t wait to share it with you all SOOOOOON!!! #DreamComeTrue.”

Lily, who welcomed her second child with her Kings of Leon frontman husband Caleb Followill in January, did not share any further details about the collection.

However, the 33-year-old previously stated that she would be taking a hands-on approach in developing the line and would be teaming with Interstellar bosses on the scents as well as the e-commerce site, which will be directed to her social media channels and “passionate” fan base.

“We believe this partnership is a first in our industry,” commented Jean Madar, chairman and chief executive officer of Inter Parfums, Inc., in a statement. “We are very pleased that Lily Aldridge is our first partner under this agreement. Not only a beautiful model, Lily is also an exemplary role model, as a wife, mother and business woman. She is ‘all in’ on this project and will be fully engaged in the creative and product development decisions of her brand. She will also help fast track the launch and continued sale of her fragrances through interaction with her growing social media following.”

Supermodel Lily Aldridge and Kings of Leon frontman Caleb Followill have welcomed their second child.

Taking to Instagram on Saturday (02Feb19), Lily, 33, announced that she had given birth to a son, a sibling for her six-year-old daughter Dixie, last Tuesday.

Alongside a black-and-white photo of her baby’s tiny feet, she wrote, “Winston Roy Followill. Blessed our lives January 29, 2019.”

Neither Lily nor her husband Caleb have shared any further details, although a number of the couple’s celebrity friends were quick to add congratulatory comments to the post.

“Congrats Lily!!” wrote Kate Bosworth, alongside a series of kiss face emojis, Chrissy Teigen commented, “TOESSSSSS (sic)!!!!!! Congratulations,” and Diane Kruger added: “Congratulations. A miracle every time.”

Meanwhile, Lily’s friend and Victoria’s Secret colleague Candice Swanepoel simply posted a string of blue heart emojis.

Back in August (18), Lily confirmed her pregnancy by sharing a photo on Instagram showing her posing on a beach in a bikini, with her burgeoning bump on full display. The brunette beauty did not reveal her baby’s gender or due date at the time.

However, she has remained very active throughout her pregnancy, and walked the runway at Brandon Maxwell’s show during New York Fashion Week in September.

In a post thanking the designer for casting her in the presentation, she wrote on Instagram, “So proud to walk the @brandonmaxwell runway 5 months pregnant! I’ve walked (a) few runways in my life and this is a moment that I’ll look back on forever with great emotion. Thank you, Brandon, for letting my shine & being such a true gentleman, Love you FOREVER!!!”

Caleb, 37, and Lily married in 2011.

Lily Aldridge is trying to prevent pregnancy stretch marks by using sheet masks on her baby bump.

The supermodel and husband Caleb Followill, frontman of Kings of Leon, announced they were expecting their second child in August (18), having welcomed their daughter Dixie in June 2012.

Though Lily has accepted that stretchmarks are an inevitable part of pregnancy, she’s hoping that Hatch Mama’s hydrating Belly Mask will help reduce the appearance thanks to ingredients like aloe vera and propolis.

“It’s supposed to help with stretch marks, which is always great,” she explained in a video recorded for American Vogue. “But the fact is, I got stretch marks from my last pregnancy (and) I’ll probably (still) get them from this one. And that’s beautiful and part of the journey!”

The 33-year-old insisted that when it comes to beauty, mothers “need to cut as many corners” as possible thanks to the time-consuming demands of childcare.

However, skincare is a core part of her regime as her complexion has suffered due to the hormonal imbalance that occurs while carrying a child.

“When I first got pregnant, I had a crazy breakout, like a hormonal breakout,” the Victoria’s Secret star recalled. “I got little bumps all over my face, neck, and back. And then you can’t tell anyone you’re pregnant at the time, so people were like, ‘What’s wrong with your skin?'”

Now, Lily knows what products are most effective for her complexion, and has added ReFa’s Carat Face Roller and the Soothing Moisturizer from Miranda Kerr’s KORA Organics label to her skincare arsenal.

Lily Aldridge moves into beauty with first fragrance deal

Lily Aldridge is developing a line of fragrances influenced by her jetset lifestyle and her favourite scents.

The California-born model, who is married to Kings of Leon rocker Caleb Followill, and has worked with the likes of Victoria’s Secret and Bulgari, will produce a range of perfumes to be sold exclusively online, as part of a new partnership between her model management company IMG and Inter Parfums Inc.

Lily’s fragrance line will mark the model’s first beauty product collaboration and she will be in charge of the product development and design for her offering, the marketing of which will include digital storytelling “linked to travel”.

“I had spoken with IMG for years about branching into the beauty world because it’s something that is so much a part of my lifestyle,” the 32-year-old told WWD. “Fragrance felt like a perfect introduction to the beauty world.”

The collection will initially include four scents, with additional releases every three months.

Lily, who is pregnant with her second child, didn’t give any further details on the scents but she admitted she leans towards “florals” and is enjoying learning about the science behind perfumery.

“I’ve learned how complex that can be, whether you want something fresher or more one-note or if you want must behind it and depth,” she explained. “It’s fun to find the scents that I love and what I think other people will love.”

Lily’s scents will be sold through an e-commerce platform, linked to the model’s social media channels in a bid to target her 5.2 million Instagram followers, and take advantage of her “big interaction numbers” explained Greg Reznik, managing director and vice president of business development at Inter Parfums Inc.

The fragrance line will drop in 2019, and chief executive officer of Inter Parfums, Jean Madar, stressed the deal with the expectant mother of one is “a real partnership with the talent and the company that knows how to make product”.

“We want Lily to create the product, not our marketing people. We opened the kitchen for her, she’s cooking, she’s designing, it will have her name on the bottle,” he insisted.

Lily Aldridge has reflected on her family’s long history with iconic denim brand Levi’s.

The model previously starred in the label’s Walk the Line commercial alongside Jamie Dornan in 2006 and is now fronting the Made Crafted campaign for the fall/winter 2018 collection.

As she is “very much” a jeans and T-shirt girl, Lily was more than up for the gig, and has now shared that she has a number of personal links to the Levi’s brand.

During a tour through the Levi’s archives with the collection’s design director, Nicolle Arbour, Lily came across a retro contribution, courtesy of her late father, artist Alan Aldridge.

“You guys found a piece of my dad’s art from the ’70s. He did a Levi’s ad and I had no idea. I was grateful to you guys to have this special moment. It was something I’ll never forget,” she smiled in a promotional video for the brand.

Lily added that Levi’s also aided an unexpected meeting between her and her now-husband, Kings of Leon singer Caleb Followill.

“(Walk the Line) was the first kind of thing I experienced where people would recognise me like, ‘You’re the girl from the Levi’s commercial,'” the 32-year-old recalled. “And my husband actually recognised me at Coachella. He’s like, ‘That’s the girl from the Levi’s commercial.’ He found me.”

Last month (Aug18), Lily and Caleb – who married in 2011 – revealed that they were expecting their second child together, a sibling for their six-year-old daughter Dixie.

The Victoria’s Secret Angel shared the happy news via Instagram, showing off her blossoming bump in a photo of herself wearing a bikini on the beach.

“SURPRISE,” she captioned the shot, while the mother-to-be received many messages of congratulations, with Alessandra Ambrosio, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Adriana Lima, Irina Shayk, Sara Sampaio, and Winnie Harlow among the well-wishers.
