Paris Hilton is launching a collection of merchandise which will help raise funds for coronavirus relief efforts.
On Monday, the socialite announced the release of the Sliving merchandise collection, named after the term – a portmanteau of slaying and living – that she coined and trademarked.
“Surprise! So many of you have been requesting for this! I am so excited to release my #sliving merch collection just for you guys! I hope you guys will love it as much as I do,” Paris wrote on Instagram.
In an accompanying video, the 39-year-old announced that some of the collection would help raise funds for coronavirus relief efforts.
“I’m really excited because this is my first time doing merch,” she said to the camera. “Proceeds from this merch are gonna go to charity, so it’s gonna be fun fashion for an amazing cause.”
Paris then stood in front of a rack of the merchandise and took fans through the clothing, which includes black, pink, and white T-shirts as well as hoodies and sweatshirts bearing her catchphrases – “sliving”, “loves it”, and “that’s hot”.
The hotel heiress then showed off the pink “quarantine hoodie”, which features an altered version of a poster for her 2000s reality TV series The Simple Life.
Under the title of the show, the word “Covid-19” has been added, while at the bottom of the poster, it reads, “This quarantine is not hot, b**ch.”
In the doctored poster, Paris and her co-star Nicole Richie are now wearing face masks.
A portion of the proceeds from the Covid-19 design will benefit Frontline Foods and go directly to local restaurants feeding frontline workers.
The merchandise store also sells black face masks featuring her catchphrases. For every mask bought, one will be donated to healthcare workers via a partnership with GetUsPPE.org.
