Nicole Scherzinger is creating her own workout programme.

The Pussycat Dolls star is dedicated to her fitness routine and often shows off the results of her hard work by flaunting her toned physique on social media and while wearing her stage outfits.

During the coronavirus lockdown, she has also been sharing videos of her joint workouts with sportsman boyfriend Thom Evans on Instagram to help inspire people to exercise at home.

But now, Nicole is channelling her love of physical activity into a new fitness workout programme called Mana Movement, which she is in the early stages of developing.

“I’m really excited to expand and build on this,” the 41-year-old told Hawaii’s HILuxury magazine. “I actually got the (Mana Movement) name because I was going to a waterfall hike with my cousin, and when I would go underneath the waterfall, the power of it… I could feel the mana. I felt like I needed that cleansing and I needed a transformation. So, I would sit there and get pummelled, and it was like a resurgence of energy and renewal.”

In the Pacific Islands, mana is a word people use to refer to the concept of a spiritual life force energy or healing power that resides in people, animals, and inanimate objects.

Nicole has yet to reveal when she will be releasing her Mana Movement programme.

However, the TV personality isn’t the only celebrity to venture into the fitness market – Chris Hemsworth is the brains behind the Centr app, while Carrie Underwood recently released the fit52 app and an accompanying book.

Nicole Scherzinger was left devastated when the casting director for Cats refused to see her audition, despite a successful turn in the stage musical.

The Pussycat Dolls singer was nominated for an Olivier Award for her portrayal of Grizabella in the West End revival of the show in 2014, and was due to take on the role on Broadway before pulling out.

In a new interview with Britain’s The Guardian newspaper, Scherzinger admitted she would have loved to have been involved in Tom Hooper’s upcoming live-action movie adaptation, but the casting director refused to see her audition.

“That really upset me, I won’t lie about that. I was devastated,” she said. “I just wanted to be given a fair opportunity – then you can turn me down. Turn me down to my face, at least, and they didn’t.”

The singer famously fell out with Cats composer Andrew Lloyd Webber in 2016 after she pulled out of the Broadway transfer of the stage show just before rehearsals were due to begin so she could return to judge The X Factor U.K singing competition.

However, in the new interview, Scherzinger insisted the theatre mogul and his wife Madeleine are “like family” to her in London, with Madeleine even comforting her over the phone about the Cats movie snub.

Jennifer Hudson will take on the part of Grizabella in the film, which also features Idris Elba, Jason Derulo, Taylor Swift, and James Corden.

Nicole will be keeping busy though, as she’s reuniting with the Pussycat Dolls for a comeback performance on The X Factor: Celebrity on Saturday – before they head off on a tour of the U.K. and Ireland together next year.

The comeback jaunt gets underway in Dublin, Ireland on 5 April and will wrap up with a show at London’s The O2 on 17 April.

Nicole Scherzinger is finally accepting her body after years of struggling with her image and weight.

The former Pussycat Dolls star, who previously suffered from eating disorder bulimia, took to Instagram on Tuesday to share photos of her practicing yoga moves in a magenta two-piece bikini on a rocky landscape while on holiday in Italy, and in the caption, she candidly revealed she was finally embracing her appearance as she approaches her 41st birthday.

“Another year around the sun is approaching and I share these pictures in grace, gratitude and voluptuous celebration!” she wrote. “I have struggled with my weight and image my whole life and I still do, but I’m just realising as the moons go by to take it easier on myself. Life is too short. We spend too much time beating ourselves down as opposed to talking ourselves up.

“I realised I’m too grown up and need to not to be so hard on myself, I have to choose to embrace me and my body through all of its stages and seasons! This season I’m grateful for the body I’ve worked so hard for in the gym. Now I am rewarding myself by eating my weight in pasta here in one of my favourite places.”

The singer, who turns 41 on Saturday, previously revealed she battled bulimia during the height of her success with the girl group.

“It’s sad to see how I wasted my life. I had such a great life on the outside, the Dolls were on top of the world, but I was miserable on the inside. I’m never letting that happen again; you only get one life – I was 27 only once,” she told Britain’s Cosmopolitan magazine in 2014. “I knew it wasn’t normal or healthy because I was hurting myself through this cycle of disordered eating. It was my drug, my addiction. It’s an endless vicious cycle.”

Singer Nicole Scherzinger is teasing a new fitness venture she hopes will inspire fans to emulate her workout routine.

The former Pussycat Dolls star is one of the world’s fittest celebrities and she frequently takes to social media to offer fans a glimpse into her exercise and wellness regiments. And now Nicole is hoping to expand her love of good health after hinting at a new project that will allow her to help women get and stay fit.

“I can’t talk too much about it, but I’m really excited because I’m creating a fitness movement for women,” she tells Us Weekly.

Though the 40 year old isn’t revealing much about her latest pursuit, she confesses the new project was inspired by her own training needs.

“Obviously I’m a woman, it was inspired by me and I thought I needed it to fit my needs, but anyone can do it,” she says. “I’m really excited. When the time is right I’m going to share that with you all.”

Meanwhile, the Don’t Cha hitmaker credits a host of varied activities for her stunning physique, and loves feeling fit she keeps up with her workouts while travelling.

“I really love everything from jogging to dance cardio to hot yoga, hot Pilates, boxing – whatever does the trick,” she says. “I have to switch it up ’cause I get bored after a while.

“If all else fails I’ll just get on the treadmill and put on my music and zone out. I do it mostly for my frame of mind more than anything.”

As for maintaining her flawless glow, Scherzinger relies on meditation and prayer.

“Sleep and water, and I think meditation and prayer is so important,” she says. “We don’t set aside enough time for ourselves to just let all of the noise and all of the dust and everything else settle and get back to the core of ourselves.”

Hugh Jackman: ‘I’d love to star in a Greatest Showman sequel’

Hugh Jackman has thrilled fans of his hit movie musical The Greatest Showman by revealing he’d love to portray P.T. Barnum in a sequel.

The 2017 film became an unlikely smash all over the world and the movie’s soundtrack has become one of 2018’s biggest hits, spawning a tribute album featuring Pink and Kelly Clarkson.

And now the film’s star is ready to go again, telling the BBC he’d relish the chance to come back for a sequel.

“If a genuine opportunity came up where it felt like the right thing to do, then yep, I’d get the top hat back out,” he said.

“We have a situation in the business where the company that did it (20th Century Fox) has been sold to Disney, so there are a lot of spinning plates right now. I’m not sure what they would do, but it did take a while to get the first one up, and it’s not to be underestimated how difficult it is to get a musical up and going.

“But it’s clear to me and to everyone that people love these characters. I loved this movie, I loved this character and it was one of the great joys of my life.”

Meanwhile, a Broadway musical version of The Greatest Showman is reportedly in the works with Nicole Scherzinger a front-runner to star, and Jackman will be hitting the road in 2019 for a one-man show, during which he will perform songs he sang in the movie, along with tracks from his film Les Miserables and a collection of Broadway hits.

Nicole Scherzinger chows down on protein-rich foods after exercise.

The former Pussycat Doll is known for her lean, dancer’s physique, but Nicole has to work hard to keep her body so toned.

As the face of yoghurt brand Muller, the 39-year-old does indulge her sweet tooth every now and again, and she’s especially a fan of the dairy brand’s new quark pots as they aid her workouts.

“What’s great with the quark yoghurt is that it’s got so much protein in it. I’ll have it as dessert, put some honey with it and it feels like I’m really indulging myself, but I’m still getting all that protein,” she told Mirror Online. “It’s great for after a workout too. Helping build those biteable buns! My new exercise thing is hiking. I love nature and I love the inclines. They’re great for spiking your heart rate and toning your legs and butt.”

As well as toning, Nicole also likes to banish cellulite when she works out and admitted that just like everyone else, she also suffers from the dreaded orange peel effect.

Asked to share her cellulite-busting tips, the Poison star passed on advice she’s learned from a fitness pro.

“I asked this very question to a trainer recently, actually, and she said, ‘You can get rid of it through weight training.’ Oh yes, I absolutely have cellulite,” she laughed. “I used to care a lot more about it when I was younger but now it’s like, ‘Eh, what are you gonna do?’ Some of it’s hereditary, so it’s just about wearing stuff that accentuates the body parts that make you feel confident and full of light.”
