Kate Hudson has finally “mastered” the art of at-home hair removal.

The Almost Famous actress recently joined her older brother Oliver Hudson for a chat on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, and during the interview, the siblings candidly opened up on their grooming regimes.

When one viewer asked if Oliver “still waxes his junk”, the 43-year-old joked that he’s switched over to shaving.

“No, I haven’t done that in a long time, but I do shave and I put a razor on it,” the Rules of Engagement star shared. “And by the way, it is not as bad as people might think. It’s clean. It’s pretty. It’s good.”

Kate then decided to divulge her own hair removal regime and confessed she is now an expert at waxing.

“I wax myself! I can wax myself. I’ve mastered it,” the 41-year-old stated, prompting host Andy to ask if she enjoyed the process.

To which she replied: “It’s not about enjoying it. I enjoy the aftermath of it!”

The mother-of-three also shared how the ongoing coronavirus lockdown has improved her relationship with her boyfriend Danny Fujikawa.

When Andy asked if self-isolating at home with the musician has been good for their sex life, Kate coyly replied, “Yes,” as she took a sip from her wine glass.

She continued: “I think it’s even more than that. I think it’s positive for knowing that I’m with the right person. There’s nobody else I’d want to be quarantined with right now. He’s just the best.”

Kate Hudson is a firm believer in the power of facial massage and has an array of special tools so she can give herself one at home.

The 38-year-old is known for her incredible complexion, which she frequently shows off by going make-up free during her days off. And when it comes to how she maintains a line-free visage, Kate told Vogue.co.uk that she’s a huge fan of getting regular facial massages.

“I really believe in facial massage,” she explained. “We can be so delicate with our faces but sometimes to get right in there, it really brings everything to the surface and is so great for the skin. I love it, but it’s so hard to get it. I’ll ask places, ‘do you do facial massage?’

“And they do, but like, only as part of some certain facial, for 15 minutes. And I wanna say ‘no, I want the whole thing to be facial massage!'”

So, instead of relying on professionals to give her the perfect facial massage, Kate has invested in several tools, or wands, she can use in the comfort of her own home. However, the practice sometimes weirds out her 14-year-old son Ryder.

“I do it at home,” she smiled. “I have all these tools for it, all these wands. Ryder will be doing his homework and I’m there next to him, wanding!”

In terms of maintaining her slim figure, Kate is a big fan of regular Pilates sessions. But she does mix things up by getting some cardio in every now and then.

“Once in a while pumping iron isn’t so bad. I sometimes go to this one place, Circuit Works, in Los Angeles,” she said. “I actually like it because the sprints are short and hard and the circuits are intense. So when you’re done it’s the most amazing workout. My brother (actor Oliver Hudson) and I will do that and I’ve invited some people along with us and… I enjoy watching them struggle sometimes, it makes for a good laugh.”
