Miranda Kerr is juggling her self-care routine during the coronavirus lockdown around her sons’ nap times.

In a chat with Glamour U.K. magazine, the model and founder of skincare brand KORA Organics admitted it’s been a balancing act trying to work and take care of her three children while stuck at home during the global pandemic.

And Miranda, who is mum to son Flynn, nine, whom she shares with her ex-husband Orlando Bloom, two-year-old Hart, and seven-month-old baby boy Myles, her children with her Snapchat co-founder husband Evan Spiegel, is trying to fit in some essential time for herself while her youngest kids nap.

“Obviously, being a mother is my priority. Running a business and trying to keep the house tidy and cook, it’s definitely a balancing act,” she explained. “Basically, what I do is schedule most of my important calls in my children’s nap times. Because I had two babies back-to-back, I was working from home the last couple of years anyway.

“All I’m saying is that there’s never a dull moment!”

The Australian beauty wakes up at 5.30am every day and manages to squeeze in a thorough skincare regime that also helps to give her a much-needed boost.

“That time gives me at least an hour before the kids wake up to do a little meditation, a few yoga stretches. I do get my alone time in. I know every morning at 5.30am. I have that good hour,” the 37-year-old shared.

And Miranda is an avid fan of her own KORA Organics products, and swears by them to “help me fill up my vessel”.

“I’m using KORA’s new turmeric glow moisturiser – it’s a super-nourishing, rich, moisturising cream,” she added.

Pregnant Katy Perry was planning to pay homage to Madonna’s iconic cone bra with her look for the 2020 Met Gala.

The world of fashion and celebrity unite every year for the glamorous red carpet event, which takes place on the first Monday in May at The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, however, the this year’s edition, which revolved around the About Time: Fashion and Duration theme, has been postponed indefinitely due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Stars usually spend months planning their showstopping outfits, and the Roar singer, who is a Met Gala regular, revealed on Instagram on Monday night that she was going to make a big fashion statement that involved her bump.

The 35-year-old, who is expecting her first child with fiance Orlando Bloom, gave fans an inside look at part of her ensemble hanging on a mannequin, revealing that she was going to wear a blush pink ribbed cone bra with matching bump cover.

“What would have been… #TheMetBall2020,” she wrote in the caption, adding a heartbroken emoji.

The outfit was a clear reference to the gold corset with cone bra that Jean Paul Gaultier created for Madonna’s Blonde Ambition tour in 1990. Katy didn’t confirm if the French designer made her Met Gala look too.

In a recent video interview with Access, she teased her outfit by saying, “I was gonna definitely show off the bump, for sure, but we’ll just be home!”

The popstar wasn’t the only one who took to social media to mark the occasion. Many celebrities looked back at some of their favourite Met Gala looks, while Julia Roberts donned a stunning black and white tiered tulle gown as she posed in front of a window for a snap on her Instagram page.

In the caption, she wrote: “Here’s me…not going to the Met Ball tonight. #stayhome #yesyoustillhavetostayhome.”

Miranda Kerr is working hard to shield her children from the strain of the “tumultuous” coronavirus pandemic.

The mother-of-three has been working from her upscale Brentwood home with her husband, Snapchat co-founder Evan Spiegel, since Los Angeles mayor Eric Garcetti put the whole city on lockdown in light of the growing Covid-19 outbreak.

And she revealed during an interview with Australia’s InStyle magazine that she’s trying to ensure her three children – son Flynn, nine, whom she shares with ex-husband Orlando Bloom, and Hart, 23 months, and six-month-old baby boy Myles, her children with Evan – are protected.

“It’s a very challenging time (and) everyone’s just trying to learn how to navigate this,” Miranda explained, noting that she and her family are washing their hands often and practicing social distancing. “We should all take those things very seriously. But we have to work together, not as individuals, not as nations, but as humans to make it through this tumultuous time.”

In addition, the model/beauty entrepreneur noted that her kids are enjoying family time and making the most of being at home with both parents.

“What’s interesting is my kids are actually happy to have both parents at home and don’t really understand what’s happening in the world. They’re just (glad to) have family time,” the 36-year-old shared. “We’re all coming together as a family to do what we need to do.”

And while she’s juggling her multiple businesses, including her skincare line KORA Organics, Miranda insisted she’s always made sure to focus her work schedules around her little ones.

“I know every mother probably says the same thing, but my children mean everything to me, and I try to plan around their schedule. Everyone who works with me understands my children are my number one priority,” she stated. “I am working from home, but I am still working. Work is a healthy thing.”

Orlando Bloom has fixed his Morse code tattoo so that his son’s name is now spelled correctly.

The Carnival Row actor unveiled the ink on Instagram last week and explained that the series of dots, dashes, and numbers on his forearm was Morse code for his son Flynn’s name, alongside numbers representing the date and time of his birth.

However, he was alerted to a glaring error when his followers pointed out that the tattoo did not spell Flynn, in honour of the nine-year-old he shares with ex-wife Miranda Kerr, but “Frynn”, due to a single dot missing from the second letter.

The 43-year-old was quick to correct the mistake and saw the funny side of the error as he showcased the altered tattoo in a black-and-white snap on Instagram on Wednesday.

“Finally dot it right! How do you make a mistake like that?” he joked, before blaming a Morse code translator he had found on Pinterest for the spelling mistake.

“Fortunately I know how to spell Sidi. Forever my boy,” Orlando added alongside a picture of another new tattoo, this time featuring the name and image of his dog on the inside of his forearm.

After Orlando’s fans had pointed out the mistake in the original ink, tattooist Balazs Bercsenyi took to Instagram to share a picture of himself with the actor, and acknowledged the misspelling in the caption.

“A beautiful reminder for @orlandobloom of his son,” he wrote beside the picture. “And yes, a dot is missing, we know, it will be fixed.”

Orlando Bloom has spelled his son Flynn’s name wrong in his new Morse code tattoo.

The Lord of the Rings actor, who shares the nine-year-old with his ex-wife Miranda Kerr, took to Instagram on Tuesday to unveil his latest piece of body art from tattooist Balazs Bercsenyi.

Fans were initially at a loss as to the meaning of the inking, which featured a series of dots, dashes, and seemingly random numbers on his forearm, but Orlando quickly explained the tattoo was Morse code for Flynn’s name alongside numbers representing the date and time of his birth.

However, some of his followers were quick to point out that the tattoo was incorrect – and actually spells ‘Frynn’ due to a single dot missing from the second letter.

“If the Morse code is supposed to spell out Flynn then there is a mistake,” one wrote, while another added: “It’s a lovely idea and a beautiful tattoo. But if it is indeed Morse code, I think it says ‘Frynn,’ not ‘Flynn’.”

Following the remarks, Bercsenyi took to Instagram to share a picture of himself with the actor, and acknowledged the mistake.

“A beautiful reminder for @orlandobloom of his son,” he captioned the picture. “And yes, a dot is missing, we know, it will be fixed.”

Orlando, 43, isn’t the only star to have been left red-faced by a tattoo misspelling.

Ariana Grande hit headlines when she decided to get a Japanese tattoo on the palm of her hand which was meant to read 7 Rings, to promote her song of the same name, but actually translated to “shichirin” – a Japanese-style barbecue grill.

Elsewhere, Britney Spears had hoped to have the word “mysterious” inked on her hip in Chinese characters, but an error means she actually has “strange” tattooed there instead.

Fans were initially at a loss as to the meaning of the inking, which featured a series of dots, dashes, and a series of seemingly random numbers on his forearm.

However, Orlando quickly revealed the inspiration for the tattoo, responding to one user, ‘It’s Flynn in MORSE CODE and his dob (date of birth) and time (in numbers).”

Balazs also uploaded some snaps of the artwork, adding in the caption: “A beautiful reminder for @orlandobloom of his son Flynn.”

Orlando is no stranger to tattoos. He also has a depiction of the Elvish word for ‘nine’ in the Lord of the Rings books on his right wrist, a reference to his role as Legolas, one of the nine members of the Fellowship of the Ring, in the movies, as well as a tattoo of a sun symbol on his abdomen.

After parting ways with Australian supermodel Miranda in 2013, the 43-year-old began dating popstar Katy Perry in early 2016.

The pair got engaged last year, and even though they were rumoured to be marrying in December, a source told Us Weekly magazine that they decided to push back their nuptials so they could secure the right wedding venue.

The Lord of the Rings actor recently took to Instagram to announce his latest gig and share a slideshow of black-and-white snaps of the marketing imagery.

“Excited to share a sneak peak (sic) preview of my new eyewear campaign with @boss. Stay tuned for more to come… #BOSSeyewear,” he captioned the pictures.

One image shows Orlando holding a pair of black glasses up to his face, while another depicts him wearing a pair of glasses with square frames and gazing into the distance.

Brad Pitt inspired to make better movies after starring in ‘disappointing’ Troy

Brad Pitt was inspired to make better movies after he was left “disappointed” by his 2004 film Troy.

The epic action drama, directed by Wolfgang Petersen and co-starring Eric Bana, Orlando Bloom and Diane Kruger, followed the legendary story of the Greek army, lead by Pitt’s character Achilles, who invaded the historical city of Troy.

In an interview with The New York Times, the 56-year-old admitted he was so disappointed by the film that it dramatically changed the way he decided future roles.

“It was really a turn on Troy. I was disappointed in it,” Pitt shared, adding that he was told to do Troy instead of a Coen Brothers film called To the White Sea, which never came to fruition.

“We had an opportunity to go, and then it was shut down. Then another interesting opportunity arose, and instead I was talked into: ‘No, you need to be doing this other thing. You can get to your art project later.’ I ended up taking that advice,” he lamented.

He later confessed that he was contractually obligated to star in Troy after pulling out of another unnamed movie for Warner Bros.

“I was put in Troy. It wasn’t painful, but I realised that the way that movie was being told was not how I wanted it to be. I made my own mistakes in it,” he explained, noting that he had become “spoiled” working with David Fincher on Fight Club in 1999.

Despite Troy’s huge box office success, Pitt was frustrated with the lack of depth his character Achilles had.

“Every shot was like, ‘Here’s the hero!’ There was no mystery,” he complained. “So about that time I made a decision that I was only going to invest in quality stories, for lack of a better term. It was a distinct shift that led to the next decade of films.”

Miranda Kerr chose the name Myles for her new baby son because it has a lot of “personal” meaning.

The Australian supermodel and her Snapchat co-founder husband Evan Spiegel welcomed their second child together in October, a sibling for their son Hart, 19 months, and Miranda’s eight-year-old son Flynn, from her marriage to actor Orlando Bloom.

In an interview with Australia’s The Morning Show on Monday, the 36-year-old shared that both of her youngest sons’ names have special meaning to her.

“Both Myles and Hart are family names, from Evan’s side of the family,” she said. “So, that way it felt really personal, and they feel unique as well.”

Miranda went on to explain that she’s enjoying being a mother of three boys.

“Myles is so sweet, he’s such a little angel – but I guess every mother says that about their children,” the brunette beauty smiled. “We didn’t really mind if it was going to be a girl or a boy – but it’s actually quite special having three boys in the house. There’s been a lot of sleepless nights, but it’s all worth it. It’s such a miracle having a baby, so every time I feel so overjoyed.”

And while Miranda and Evan, 29, were a little worried about how Hart and Flynn would react to their new brother, the couple needn’t have worried.

“I was a little concerned that Hart might get a little jealous, but from the moment he met him, he was just in awe with his baby brother,” she insisted. “He gives him a little hug and puts his head on him. It’s so adorable. And Flynn is just in love with both of his brothers. To see the three of them together, I can’t wait to see how they grow up together – because they’ve all got such different personalities.”

Miranda held the interview to promote the launch of her first KORA Organics concept boutique inside of a David Jones department store in Sydney.

Miranda Kerr and her husband Evan Spiegel are celebrating the birth of their baby boy.

It was reported last week that the Australian supermodel had given birth to her third child, and the 36-year-old confirmed the news in an Instagram post on Tuesday night.

“We are overjoyed at the arrival of Myles and so appreciate everyone’s kind words and wishes during this special time. We couldn’t be more excited to welcome our beautiful son into our family,” Miranda wrote alongside a picture of a blanket embroidered with her newborn son’s name.

Myles is the second son for the Victoria’s Secret Angel and her Snapchat co-founder husband, who are also parents to Hart, 17 months.

Miranda also shares son Flynn, eight, with her ex-husband, Pirates of the Caribbean star Orlando Bloom.

Earlier this week, editors at Australia’s Daily Telegraph reported that the model had welcomed a baby boy, with the infant’s name and birthday not yet known, but her representative did not confirm the news until Tuesday.

The Australian wed Evan, 29, in May 2017 in a small ceremony and she gave birth to baby Hart in May 2018. Just 10 months later, it was announced she was pregnant with her third child.

“Miranda, Evan, Flynn and Hart are looking forward to welcoming the newest member to their family,” a rep for the model told People at the time.

During a recent interview with Australia’s Marie Claire magazine, the brunette beauty opened up about her impending arrival.

“Yes, we know the sex and we have names,” she teased. “But it’s nice to keep a little to yourself.”
