Shay Mitchell is the new face of Cacharel Parfums’ Yes I Am fragrances.

The Pretty Little Liars star is one of the busiest women in Hollywood, and not only juggles acting gigs, but recently established her lifestyle brand Beis and welcomed her daughter Atlas last October.

Now, Shay has been tapped as Cacharel Parfums’ latest brand ambassador, with company bosses praising the multi-tasking new mother as a perfect fit.

“Shay Mitchell is a multi-talented creative force as an actress, producer, entrepreneur, author,” a brand representative commented. “Shay Mitchell is in a league of her own at establishing herself as a leading force in the new age of social media by not only boasting an impressive social media following, but also by producing a YouTube lifestyle channel and creating clothing and jewellery lines.”

Launched in 2018, the Yes I Am fragrances are centred around a unique signature accord called the Spicy Cremoso. It’s described as a combination of a creamy accord and a powerful, spicy cardamom.

“Yes I Am echoes the challenges that drive these young women. Hyper-connected, independent, bold and unapologetic, they no longer see beauty as a diktat (order) but as a confidence-booster,” they added. “Their approach to femininity serves to meet their own desires, rather than those of others; they are breaking the code and bringing new messages of feminist: claiming women independency!”

Lucy Hale struggled with reactions to her changing body while playing a high school student on the hit show Pretty Little Liars.

The 30-year-old is best known for playing Aria Montgomery on the U.S. teen drama series from 2010 to 2017, during which time her body changed, and Lucy has confessed that she struggled with the negative reaction on social media to her slight weight gain.

“Looking back on it now, it’s like, Oh, that was really tough. You did feel like you had to uphold some sort of image,” Lucy explained to U.S. Cosmopolitan magazine. “I’ve always been very petite, but over the course of eight years, my body changed. I gained a little bit of weight, and seeing how people reacted to that really messed with my head.”

And as the show became more popular, her low confidence took a further hit when she began getting breakouts.

“I started getting all these stress-related, hormone-related breakouts. They had this specialty light for me,” she recalled.

Now, Lucy shared her regret at the time she’s spent worrying over her looks, especially as it was out of her control.

“I look back and I think of all the minutes and hours I’ve wasted upset over how I looked or something that was out of my control,” she shared. “I wish I could get that time back, although it has led me to where I’m at now.”

The Katy Keene star celebrated the return of her confidence when she hit 30 by chopping her brunette hair into a chic shoulder-length bob.

“It feels nice to just not give a f**k about certain things,” she said of her decision. “It was the most liberating thing I’ve ever done.”

Lucy Hale is undergoing laser surgery to remove six of her old tattoos.

The 30-year-old has been adding to her collection of body art consistently over the years and has a bunch of around 14 small and delicate tattoos on her body, mostly in places that can be hidden by clothing.

However, in a cover interview for U.S. Cosmopolitan magazine, Lucy revealed she was in the process of having six tattoos removed, including ones that depict an elephant, a light bulb, and a Bible verse.

“I got it done out of the country and it was not done well,” the Pretty Little Liars star said of the elephant design, before adding that she was “over” the light bulb.

Regarding the Bible verse on her rib cage, she noted, “I’m not religious by any means at all anymore”, and explained how the “thick” font isn’t in keeping with the single needle art she has on the rest of her body.

However, there are several pieces of body art that Lucy has decided to keep, including “I love you” written in her grandmother’s handwriting on her arm, an evil eye, and a quote from the Instagram poet Atticus which reads, “Love her but leave her wild.”

In an interview with Refinery29 last July, the brunette beauty explained that she was removing some tattoos due to their outdated style.

“It’s not that I don’t like them, it’s just the style of them is so different now,” she shared. “I got them when I was like 17. Things are different, times have changed. I love a lot of mine, it’s just like (I) look back on some, and I’m like, ‘What was I thinking?”

Shay Mitchell has completed three workouts in one day as part of her goal to get back into shape after welcoming her daughter Atlas.

The Pretty Little Liars star gave birth to her first child with boyfriend Matte Babel back in October, following an intense 33-hour labour, and has been documenting the first few months of the tot’s life on Instagram.

On Monday, Shay gave fans an insight into her fitness regime now she’s a new mother, and the 32-year-old stunned her followers when she revealed that she does three separate workouts on a daily basis.

After finishing a spin class, she also trained in the gym, before doing a stair run outside with her daughter in a baby carrier, remarking it’s “so much harder with this much weight on me”.

“Alright, here we are. Spin class, trained, and now we’re doing stairs,” the actress told the camera.

Shay wore a black sports top and matching jacket for her fitness session, styled her hair back, and wore a pair of dark shades for the mega workout, all while baby Atlas was strapped to her chest.

The brunette beauty was joined by celebrity trainer Nichelle Hines for the spin class and gym session, who couldn’t help but heap praise her client.

“I was going to give her trash because she hasn’t been here since she had a baby, but can you even tell she had a baby,” she gushed in one of the clips shared to Shay’s Instagram Stories.

Shay also met up with Lawrence Longo for her outdoor session on the stairs, before the duo headed for a burger.

Ashley Graham and Shay Mitchell have candidly spoken about their struggles with depression during pregnancy.

The model is expecting her first child, a son, with husband Justin Ervin later this month, while Pretty Little Liars star Shay welcomed her daughter Atlas Noa with boyfriend Matte Babel back in October.

The pair recently took part in a discussion about the highs and lows of pregnancy during an episode of Ashley’s podcast Pretty Big Deal, and the 32-year-old confessed she could’ve been dealing with a form of prenatal depression.

“I want to talk about this, because I can’t say definitely that I went through it, but I can say that I might have gone through something like it,” Ashley began, before revealing that she and Justin were surprised by her pregnancy because they weren’t trying for a baby. “Then all of the sudden, my emotions, my mind, my body, things that I always had control over are now totally out of whack. I can’t talk to anybody about it, my husband doesn’t understand but he’s trying to be as supportive as possible. My mom is like, ‘Oh you’ll be fine.’ I think I was spiralling a little bit and I was crying a lot.”

Shay, who had gone through an intense 33-hour labour before little Atlas was born, agreed with Ashley, and revealed she also suffered something similar.

“I mean every single thing that you just said is exactly what I went through,” the actress recalled. “My mom said the same thing, and I’d be crying to her and she’d be like, ‘You’re just emotional, it’s just the hormones.’ And O.K. cool it might be, but you don’t want to hear that. Like, yes, it is. If it is the hormones, I’m still feeling that way. It doesn’t take away from this feeling, and it’s completely isolating.”

Finding common ground in their shared experience, Shay, 32, urged other pregnant women to talk about their feelings with loved ones.

“I heard so much about postpartum which is also a real thing, but I’d never heard about prepartum depression,” she added.

Troian Bellisario re-wore part of her wedding dress to a Golden Globes party on Sunday night.

The Pretty Little Liars actress and her husband Patrick J. Adams attended Amazon Studios’ bash at The Beverly Hilton hotel in Los Angeles, alongside the likes of Orlando Bloom, Jon Hamm, Tiffany Haddish, and Snoop Dogg.

Troian looked lovely in a pale pink top and flowing white skirt, and taking to Instagram after the party, explained that she actually wore the skirt to her wedding in December 2016.

“Wore half my wedding dress. Home by 11. Eating ice cream. Happy #goldenglobes2020,” she captioned the snap, which showed her and the Suits star eating from a pint of ice cream.

Accordingly, Troian’s post quickly garnered a lot of praise from her followers, with one writing, “Eating ice team in a wedding dress, that’s goals mannnnn (sic),” while another simply added: “Goals”.

For her camp-themed wedding at Rancho Dos Pueblos in Goleta, California, Troian walked down the aisle in a bohemian-style dress from Cortana featuring a long-sleeved top. She accessorised with a gold headpiece from Amaroq.

“I’d never been someone who imagined my wedding dress as a little girl or even, truthfully, four months before the wedding!” the 34-year-old told Hello! magazine at the time. “I found myself gravitating toward really simple designs. I finally settled on these two pieces by Cortana because I could wear the silk top again… Some women say, ‘I feel like when I put on the right pair of shoes, I can take on the world’ – when they laced me up in this dress, I had that same feeling.”

Troian Bellisario’s hand “almost died” while she was filming a scene for her latest movie Where’d You Go, Bernadette.

The Pretty Little Liars star plays scientist Becky in Richard Linklater’s film, which follows former architect Bernadette Fox, played by Oscar winner Cate Blanchett, who disappears from her home in Seattle after becoming bored of her humdrum life.

In one scene for the movie, Bellisario and Blanchett’s characters are in kayaks on a lake, and the 33-year-old was left feeling the effects of having to dip her hand into the freezing water.

“We took some kayaking lessons which was really helpful,” she told StyleCaster. “Stopping on a mark in a kayak is impossible – you just keep moving. And there were several moments when I crashed into the camera or Cate that we don’t need to talk about. At one point we were shooting in glacial water for five hours straight. I was dipping these test tubes in the water, so my hand was bare – you would usually wear gloves.

“There was a certain time when I told Rich (Linklater), ‘I can’t hand this off because my hand is frozen.’ My hand almost died.”

And Bellisario was overjoyed to find that she required little time in the make-up chair to become her character.

“Coming from Pretty Little Liars, I would wake up out of bed, and I would have two hours of hair and makeup. With (Bernadette), I was shooting the biggest movie that I would ever be on, and they were like, ‘Here’s a beanie, and here are some dorky wraparound sunglasses – go Arctic kayaking.’ I was like, ‘This is amazing,'” she shared.

Rumer Willis tries to promote positivity on social media after she was subjected to cruel body shaming as a teenager.

The actress, who is the daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore, is seeking to carve out her own Hollywood career and has had roles in TV shows such as Empire and Pretty Little Liars, as well as a brief appearance in Quentin Tarantino’s new film, Once Upon a Time in Hollywood.

However, Rumer was a target of online bullying in the mid-2000s, and in an interview with HuffPost U.S., explained that she wants her Instagram page to be a pleasant place.

“I think the most important thing for me is doing my best to lead by example,” she said of the photo-sharing platform, on which she boasts 700,000 followers.

Rumer went on to explain that she is also fine with discussing her insecurities on social media and commented, “I still deal with insecurity and trying to figure out my own path in all of it.”

Elsewhere in the chat, the 30-year-old reflected on some of the worst criticism she received from bloggers and critics when she was growing up and noted that it has taken her a long time to move past the cruel words.

“They said I had a huge jaw. They said I had a ‘potato head.’ When you’re 14 or 15, I didn’t really understand having value in myself yet. My mind went to, ‘OK, so if I get skinny or if I dress the right way or present myself very hyper-sexually and dress this way, then I’ll be valued,'” the star recalled, before noting that she finds looking at childhood photos to be a good way to brush away any negative thoughts. “If I am watching myself talk negatively, I’m like, ‘Would you ever talk to a kid like that?'”

Ashley Benson has been named as the face of Cosmopolitan’s new range of perfumes.

Executives at the publication have partnered with Luxe Brands, the company behind Ariana Grande and Justin Bieber’s scents, on the line of high-end fragrances.

Four perfumes – Extra Concentrated, 100 per cent Chilled, Love, Unfiltered and Pure Sugar – come in a crumpled juice box-style packaging, complete with a straw.

The Pretty Little Liars star is to be featured in print and online campaigns for the new scents, called Eau de Juice, which are available to buy from Ulta Beauty, priced at $55 (£45).

Cosmopolitan’s editor-in-chief Jessica Pels said that the perfume is the “perfect new extension” for the publication.

“In the spirit of Cosmo and our 81 million-strong audience of modern young women, Eau de Juice is cheeky, witty, and fun. Fragrance is the busy girl’s best secret weapon,” she explained.

While Noreen Dodge, chief marketing officer of Luxe Brands, commented that the Eau de Juice packaging is “very Instagrammable very eye-catching.”

“We love the idea of if it’s not on Insta did it even happen,” she said. “Especially when you’re talking about this demographic. We wanted to make sure when we took that sensibility into the design of this brand. We went through a lot of rounds of design.”

And Steve Ross, global chief licensing officer and head of brand development for Hearst Magazines, also shared that the unique bottle is being patented.

“You can really see this brand come to life in a cheeky and whimsical way. We know that roughly one-third of all beauty spending in this country is done by Cosmo readers, so we’re betting fragrance will be a relevant category that will really resonate with them,” he stated.

The stars of the new Beverly Hills, 90210 revamp are getting a helping hand in the style department from the woman who dressed the Pretty Little Liars cast.

Costume designer Mandi Line has joined the reboot, which features most of the original 90210 cast members, including Jason Priestly and Tori Spelling, and tells Fashionista she was tasked with making the stars look cool, while connecting them to the 1990s, when the original show was a TV hit.

“I’m getting to dress the person,” she says. “They’re nice as they can be, but if it’s not right, they get to look at the item and say, ‘This was not it. I never wore this’, because they’re the experts.”

To make her job easier, Line decided to pick specific outfits that were worn on the hit Nineties television show and replicate them.

“They got to set and the moment was so cool. They looked at each other and said, verbatim, ‘Wow, I am tripping out’,” Line recalled.

“Everyone else got inspired. So Tori could say to the makeup artist, ‘Oh my God, with this dress, I wore pink lipstick!’ It took them back.”

The news show, BH 90210, will debut on 7 August.
