Karlie Kloss and Joshua Kushner celebrated their marriage at a star-studded party in Wyoming over the weekend.

The pair, who wed in an “intimate” ceremony in New York in October, had previously revealed their intention to throw a bigger party to mark their nuptials with friends and family.

Among those present for the cowboy-themed occasion were Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom, who got engaged themselves in February, with the actor sharing a sweet snap of the pair on Instagram, writing: “Wonderful weekend of being loved and celebrating love, congrats to a beautiful union @karliekloss @joshuakushner.”

Project Runway host Karlie donned an off-the-shoulder white dress with lace detailing for the main celebration, while her husband looked dapper in a pale purple shirt and navy blue suit.

Sharing a snap of the pair being lifted on chairs during a horah dance, a traditional part of a Jewish wedding, Karlie’s journalist friend Derek Blasberg wrote: “May your marriage be as intense and long lasting as my hangover from this weekend.”

Karlie and businessman and investor Joshua started dating in 2012, and got engaged last July.

Even though the pair are notoriously private, the stunning blonde did open up about her relationship shortly after announcing her engagement.

“The proposal was romantic and sweet. We spent the weekend in upstate New York, just the two of us,” she shared in an interview for Vogue.com. “We’ve really grown together personally and professionally. Josh knows that I’m just a nerdy, curious human being. I think that’s why he loves me. We have each other’s back.”

Leslie Jones teamed with Christian Siriano after other designers made her feel ‘big’

Leslie Jones teamed up with Christian Siriano after she was made to feel like she wasn’t a “regular size” in Hollywood.

Back in 2016, the 51-year-old vented her frustrations on Twitter after she found no designers were willing to dress her for the premiere of her movie Ghostbusters.

“Maybe because I’m tall, maybe I’m not the regular size – which is not that big,” she told Variety in a new interview. “I’m (a) 10, 12. I guess it’s big for a Hollywood size, but I’m a normal-sized woman.

“I always knew I liked clothes. I just didn’t know how to translate that as far as dressing myself.”

Days before the Ghostbusters premiere, the Saturday Night Live writer and comedian took to social media to voice her disappointment, before she headed out to the mall to look at dresses at U.S. department store, Macy’s.

“It’s so funny how there are no designers wanting to help me with a premiere dress for movie. Hmmm that will change and I remember everything,” she posted at the time.

The tweet blew up, and she was then contacted by Siriano, and together, they created her dream dress – a red, off-the-shoulder floor length gown, with a thigh-high slit – inspired by the 1976 film Sparkle.

For her first Emmy nomination in 2017, she collaborated again with Siriano on a daring black sequinned dress.

“That was just me wanting to have something really dramatic and see-through, because I had been working out, so I wanted to show off my body,” the star explained.

And for her second Emmy nod a year later, Jones loosened up with a pastel-coloured iridescent trouser suit designed, once again, by the Project Runway winner.

“I didn’t have any pockets, so I had my speech in my bra,” she recalled. “And I remember that I was so hot, and I was sweating, so the ink went onto my breast. When I took it off, I had ‘God’ on one breast and ‘Lorne’ (Michaels, Saturday Night Live creator) on the other one!”

Christian Siriano has taken his cue from English superstar Elton John for the next episode of Project Runway.

Christian, who made his name after winning the show in 2008, was tapped to replace Tim Gunn as mentor on the revamped series. For the upcoming episode, he has challenged the design hopefuls to come up with a mock performance piece for the flamboyant singer.

And with Elton biopic Rocketman, which charts the star’s early career, just weeks away from release, the theme couldn’t have come at a more apt time.

“Ask yourselves this. If Elton came to you in the ’70s or ’80s and asked for a fabulous look, what would you make him?” the designer says in a new clip shared by Entertainment Tonight. “Your challenge is to channel the man, the times and the music and create a larger-than-life, early Elton John performance piece.

“You will have male models for this challenge. Your outfits should be big, spectacular, show-stopping.”

In Rocketman, where Taron Egerton takes on the role of Elton, costume designer Julian Day recreated some of the Tiny Dancer’s most iconic and extravagant stage looks.

“Julian Day is definitely the most brilliant designer I’ve ever worked with. He’s incredibly collaborative, and he understands the relationship between the costumes and performance,” Taron recently said in a new featurette released ahead of the movie. “I have found the process of inhabiting Elton John and his wardrobe incredibly liberating.”

Rocketman hits cinemas from 17 May.

Project Runway judge Brandon Maxwell has found appearing on the hit Bravo show helped build his confidence and battle his insecurities.

The New York-based designer made the comments during an interview with W magazine and admitted that he overcame his doubts about appearing on the series because he wanted people suffering from similar anxieties to feel empowered and represented.

“I’m not a TV-ready-looking person,” the 34-year-old reflected. “And that was the appeal of it, because I know some young people can watch and see themselves in me in some way and think, ‘Well if that guy can do it, I can definitely do it.'”

Maxwell joined the show’s judging panel for its relaunched series this year (19) and is joined by model Karlie Kloss, Elle editor-in-chief Nina Garcia and former Teen Vogue editor Elaine Welteroth.

The star went on to suggest that, while it took him a while to settle into the new role, the confidence of his co-judges helped him to channel his own inner strength.

“I’m sitting there next to Karlie, Nina, and Elaine, all of whom are incredibly beautiful, powerful, confident,” he recalled. “(But) it took me a while to get my bearings.”

Maxwell has quickly risen up the ranks of the fashion world, having acted as Lady Gaga’s style director since 2012 and founded his own women’s ready-to-wear label in 2015.

During an interview on Late Night with Seth Meyers last month, the Texas native also gushed over his A-list clients.

“It’s incredible, it’s the best,” he shared. “I’ve been really lucky in my life growing up and now in my work to be surrounded by and work with women whose primary focus is to leave the world a better place. It’s just a great blessing to be able to work with them. It’s always exciting when you get to see that.”

Christian Siriano ‘hadn’t thought about’ accessible fashion until Selma Blair’s plea

Christian Siriano hadn’t thought about the fashion struggles faced by disabled people until Selma Blair pitched the idea of creating a label to help sufferers.

Selma, who was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis last year (18), recently told Vanity Fair that the amount of accessible clothes on the market today is severely lacking, and explained that she wanted to team up with former Project Runway winner Christian to fill that void.

While discussions have yet to officially begin, Christian is keen to see where the conversation may lead.

“I hope we can figure out something. She really wants to do something,” he told Entertainment Tonight. “We have to wait until she gets a little better and we can actually, really talk about it.

“There is a need. Someone like her, she’s like, ‘I can’t zip anything up’. And I didn’t think about that. That’s a really interesting thing, concept, to think about. To think you can’t button your jacket.”

Christian was crowned the winner of fashion reality series Project Runway back in 2008, and has now returned to the show as a mentor to the contestants, taking the place of Tim Gunn in the new line-up.

Reflecting on his new gig, the 33-year-old smiled that he’s come “full circle”, and told ET that his approach to the programme is vastly different to Tim and former host Heidi Klum’s.

“For me and my perspective, is that I am very real. I treat the designers the same way I treat my team. I try to give them real world opinions and advice as best as I can, whether they want it or not,” he grinned.

Karlie Kloss hosts the revamped version of the show, which kicked off its 17th season in March.

Brandon Maxwell ‘blessed’ to dress so many powerful women

Brandon Maxwell feels “blessed” to have outfitted some of the world’s most influential women.

The designer has quickly risen up the ranks of the fashion world, having acted as Lady Gaga’s style director since 2012 and founding his own women’s ready-to-wear label in 2015.

Former U.S. First Lady Michelle Obama, Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, Kerry Washington, and Viola Davis are among the names who have worn Maxwell’s ensembles, and during an interview on Late Night with Seth Meyers on Wednesday night (17Apr19) he gushed over his A-list clients.

“It’s incredible, it’s the best,” he shared. “I’ve been really lucky in my life growing up and now in my work to be surrounded by and work with women whose primary focus is to leave the world a better place. It’s just a great blessing to be able to work with them. It’s always exciting when you get to see that.”

Maxwell’s profile has just received another boost too, with the fashion star being cast as a judge on the re-launch of design show Project Runway on Bravo TV.

But while his co-stars Karlie Kloss, Nina Garcia, Christian Siriano and Elaine Welteroth put a lot of effort into their appearance, the Texas native shows up in very casual attire.

“Every morning, hands down, when I go in, the security person is like, ‘Can I help you?’ and I’m like, ‘I work here. I’m here to judge the fashions!’ So yeah, it’s been a totally new experience,” the 34-year-old laughed.

During the chat, Maxwell also spoke about how he had to take four flights when he first left Texas for New York and how he had a hair mask on when he first auditioned for the Project Runway producers.

And after the show, he posted an emotional message on Instagram about how much he had enjoyed the interview.

“LET ME JUST SAY, there is no world in which I imagined this ever happening for me, ever. By some strange chance it has, and it will take the better part of a lifetime to process it,” he wrote of appearing on his first NBC late night show.

Karlie Kloss rocks head-to-toe polka dots in the campaign for Carolina Herrera’s new Good Girl fragrance.

The supermodel has returned to front the campaign for the third year running, and is this time seen sporting a suitably spotted look in the promo for the latest iteration of the scent, which is dubbed Good Girl Dot Drama.

In the clip, Karlie wears an assortment of monochromatic, polka dot designs, including a blouse and pencil skirt combo with a fascinator, and a sweeping, floor-length gown with cut-out side panels.

The former Victoria’s Secret Angel completed the looks with a pair of black suede stiletto heels, and is seen being chased through New York side streets, before fleeing the scene in a black convertible.

The scent has been described as an oriental floral and comes in a heel-shaped bottle complete with white polka dots and Karlie’s signature.

Speaking about the campaign, the Project Runway host revealed that she played a key role in conceptualising the imagery.

“It was really special to work alongside the Carolina Herrera team and to look back on the brand’s history when deciding on the creative direction for this campaign,” the 26-year-old explained. “For me, polka dots have always been a timeless fashion staple – they can be dressed up or down and strike a balance between being classic and modern.”

Carolina Herrera de Baez, creative director of Carolina Herrera Fragrances, went on to gush over Karlie, calling her the “perfect embodiment of the Good Girl”.

“Karlie is hard working, savvy, positive, curious, charismatic and committed,” she praised. “She is the ultimate modern muse.”

Karlie Kloss takes to the skies and floats mid-air surrounded by luggage in her latest campaign for Louis Vuitton.

The Project Runway star has been tapped as the face of the French fashion giant’s Horizon soft luggage collection alongside actor and model Kris Wu.

In the clip, the former Victoria’s Secret Angel is seen wearing a long-sleeved, figure-hugging black mini dress with a turtleneck and embellished panel.

The star is bare-legged and completes the look with a pair of chunky black and white athletic sneakers.

For the still pictures, the 26-year-old’s blonde hair is loose, but for the video it’s styled in a sophisticated updo.

As the model struts towards the former boyband star, the pair take off into the air against the backdrop of a perfect blue sky, where they eventually meet halfway.

Kloss took to Instagram to share the promotional video, and wrote in the caption: “Traveling light just took on a whole new meaning.”

Captioning the stills from the set, she also wrote “Lift off” alongside an image of her floating in the air, and simply added a luggage emoji to another shot from the campaign.

The new line of luggage was conceived by esteemed designer Marc Newson and includes a duffel bag and a square-shaped carry-on case.

The cases and bags come in six colours – brown with tan trim, black, grey, orange, yellow and magenta – and all feature the Louis Vuitton signature monogram.

The collection will be available for sale at Louis Vuitton boutiques on Friday (29Mar19).

Rachel Zoe is gearing up to make a return to reality TV with a new fashion competition series.

The designer and stylist, known for her boho-chic aesthetic and work with celebrities such as Nicole Richie, Cameron Diaz, Jennifer Garner, and Kate Hudson, starred in her own Bravo show, The Rachel Zoe Project, for five seasons between 2008 and 2013.

Now, Zoe has announced that she has teamed with TV producer Mark Burnett and executives at MGM Television on a fresh project, which aims to find undiscovered designers.

“This is the show I have always wanted to make,” she said in a statement. “The show will spotlight some of the most talented designers from around the world, and I am thrilled to be able to highlight their work. I have the utmost respect for Mark Burnett and the team at MGM – this is my dream partnership.”

The TV show, which is currently untitled, will bring together an array of design talent from around the world. Competing designers will have to work on original creations, with part of the format seeing the items put up for sale online after each episode has aired.

Sean Kelly and Steve Hughes of Shaggy Entertainment came up with the concept, and will serve as executive producers alongside Zoe, Burnett, and Barry Poznick.

Regarding the concept, Burnett, chairman of MGM’s Worldwide Television Group, commented that he was thrilled to be collaborating with Zoe.

“I love fashion and have wanted to do a show in this space for quite some time. We are thrilled to have Rachel Zoe on board for this epic global fashion showdown that will bring trendsetting designs to your doorstep. Rachel is the epitome of style and fashion,” he shared.

Zoe’s new show comes after Project Runway has undergone a shake-up for season 17, with Karlie Kloss taking over as host from Heidi Klum and Christian Siriano succeeding Tim Gunn as a mentor. Klum and Gunn are currently working on a new fashion competition programme for Amazon Video.

Christian Siriano stunned the stars of revamped U.S. reality show Project Runway by “dragging” out his singer pal Cardi B for a surprise appearance.

Renowned designer Christian replaces Tim Gunn as the new mentor on the competition show, in which budding designers try to impress model host Karlie Kloss and judges Nina Garcia, the editor-in-chief of Elle U.S., designer Brandon Maxwell, and former Teen Vogue editor Elaine Welteroth to win a cash prize and have their top creation sold to members of the public.

Cardi’s appearance on the new season 17 came after Christian, who has dressed the rapper for numerous high-profile occasions, called in a favour from his celebrity client.

“We have Cardi. I drag her out to help us,” he smiled on U.S. breakfast show Today.

Her presence on set left Karlie and Brandon in awe, as they had been mimicking the feisty star’s quirky “Okurrr” catchphrase to show their approval of contestants’ designs throughout the series, before Cardi made her grand entrance.

“That was like, our inside joke, all day!” exclaimed Karlie, as Brandon explained: “Every time we liked something, we’d say, ‘Okurrr’, and then she showed up!”

“It was amazing,” Karlie gushed.

Christian is no stranger to Project Runway, having previously competed on and won the series back in 2008. And his experience on the programme is what sets him apart as a mentor to the next batch of hopefuls.

“People watch him rise up on this show and they’re invested in him and his career and so it’s so cool to see this full-circle moment where he comes back, and he can kind of raise up the next generation of Project Runway superstars,” Elaine told the Associated Press.

The new season of Project Runway, which previously featured Heidi Klum as host, debuts on Thursday (14Mar19).
