Kendall and Kylie Jenner have been hit with a lawsuit relating to one of their underwear designs.

The model and her make-up mogul sister first launched their Kendall + Kylie label in 2012, with the collection featuring a range of apparel and accessories.

However, Kendall and Kylie are now facing a lawsuit from executives at New York-based fabric company Klauber Brothers Inc., who are claiming the siblings have copied a lace design.

According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, lawyers for Klauber allege a thong printed with Kylie’s name featuring a lace waistband resembles a “very specific” design the brand owns the copyright to.

They also claim that they hold the copyright for another type of lace Kendall and Kylie have utilised on a black slip. Editors at the website have posted side-by-side images of the Kendall + Kylie lingerie and Klauber’s lace.

Lawyers for Klauber are seeking all profits from the sales of the two designs that allegedly infringe on their copyright.

Representatives for the Kendall + Kylie brand, as well as the celebrity sisters, have not yet responded to the claims in the lawsuit.

This is not the first time the Kendall + Kylie label has been hit with a lawsuit.

Back in 2017, the reality TV stars were sued by photographer Michael Miller for allegedly using one of his images of rap icon Tupac Shakur on a T-shirt without permission. The T-shirts were quickly removed from sale, and in April 2018, Kendall and Kylie settled the photo rights lawsuit. Full terms were not released.

Shanina Shaik has finalised her divorce from DJ Ruckus.

The Australian model and American music star, real name Gregory Andrews, parted ways in June 2019 after one year of marriage, with Shaik filing for divorce a month later.

Now, according to legal papers obtained by TMZ, a Los Angeles judge has now signed off on their settlement, with Shaik and Ruckus to be legally separated on 23 January.

The 28-year-old cited irreconcilable differences in her divorce filing and requested spousal support. It’s not known whether her request was granted.

Meanwhile, Shaik took to Instagram in late November to share that she was dating again following her difficult split.

“Reflecting on this year… I will admit this was the hardest year of my life. I was dealing with the biggest heartache. So many things I wish I could share with all of you, but I choose to keep my personal stories close to my heart and heal. After dealing with a huge loss in my life, I GAVE UP ON LOVE (broken heart emoji). I didn’t want it or believed that a true love could exist,” she wrote alongside a black-and-white snap of her hand holding her new beau’s. “I was broken… You took me by surprise and made me believe that a BEAUTIFUL love exists! It’s kind, supporting, romantic and friendly. You’re my best friend! Throughout my heartache, you stood by me and I’m thankful for you. Thank you for making me believe in love again. I’m thankful I have you… to call you mine.”

Shaik did not name or tag her boyfriend in the message.

The real-life stripper who inspired Jennifer Lopez’s character in Hustlers has filed a $40 million (£30.5 million) lawsuit against bosses at the actress’s production firm for using her likeness without permission.

Samantha Barbash, who rejected an offer from film executives to sign off on the rights to her life story for the hit drama, claims the 50-year-old based the part of Ramona on her.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, the former adult entertainer goes on to accuse officials of defaming her, as Ramona is portrayed as “using and manufacturing illegal substances in her home where she lived with her child” – something Barbash insists never happened.

She is now suing bosses at Lopez’s Nuyorican Productions company, seeking $20 million (£15.25 million) for compensation, and another $20 million in punitive damages.

“Defendants did not take caution to protect the rights of Ms. Barbash by creating a fictionalised character, or by creating a composite of characters to render J.Lo’s character a new fictitious one; rather they engaged in a systematic effort to make it well-known that J.Lo was playing Ms. Barbash,” the lawsuit states.

Lopez isn’t named in the lawsuit, but she served as one of the producers of the project, which has earned her critical acclaim, including a Golden Globe nomination.

Representatives for Hustlers have yet to comment on the legal action.

The movie is based on a New York Magazine article that went viral in 2015, about a real-life group of exotic dancers who con their wealthy broker clients.

Back in September, Barbash told Vanity Fair she was not impressed with the film and disputed some of the events that were depicted.

Boy George won’t be urging the producers of his new biopic to cast a gay man as the lead.

The Karma Chameleon singer is more interested in watching a really authentic portrayal, and couldn’t care less about the sexuality of the leading man picked to play him on the big screen.

“It has to be about the right person for the right moment,” he told TMZ. “Equality means equality for everyone – even normal people. You can’t just choose what people are more equal than others.”

Previously, Game of Thrones star Sophie Turner admitted she was open to playing Boy George in the upcoming biopic after the singer confessed she’d be a good choice.

During an appearance on Australian radio show Fitzy and Wippa, he said, “There’s been some really interesting suggestions. One of the most interesting suggestions was Sophie Turner.

“(People will say), ‘She can’t play you, she’s a woman,’ you know. But when I was 17, I would have loved to have been her.”

Turner responded by tweeting: “I’m SO down @BoyGeorge.”

The cast for the film, written and directed by Sacha Gervasi, has yet to be revealed.

Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner honour dead dog with matching tattoos

Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner have paid tribute to their dead dog with matching tattoos.

The newlyweds’ Alaskan Klee Kai, named Waldo Picasso, was killed on 24 July in a freak accident during which he ran away from his dog walker and into a New York road, where he was struck by a car.

Now, the grieving owners have honoured their late pet in a permanent way with skin art portraits of the pooch, with two different coloured eyes and his tongue playfully sticking out.

Jonas Brothers star Joe revealed his tattoo, done by the artist Dragon of Bang Bang Tattoo in New York, on Instagram on Monday, and added the message: “R.I.P. my little angel.”

Game of Thrones star Sophie posted a snap of the matching ink on her arm, and wrote on Instagram Stories: “I miss you, Waldo. Rest In Peace my little baby.”

The couple, who got the pup in 2018, were reportedly so distraught over the death that they went to see a therapist to deal with their loss. They also filed a police report, but law enforcement sources told TMZ the driver of the vehicle that killed Waldo is unlikely to be charged with any crime.

Back in December, Joe sweetly explained how Waldo and his brother Porky help to relax him when he needs to wind down from his busy schedule.

“I’m usually on the move quite a bit, even when I’m home, I wanna be doing a lot of stuff. But, it’s nice when you have a dog where you know you gotta take ’em for a walk, you gotta spend some time and play with ’em, and it keeps you nice and relaxed,” he told the Today show.

The man who voiced Prince Eric in Disney’s animated The Little Mermaid is backing Harry Styles to take on the role in an upcoming live-action remake.

The One Direction star has been linked to the part in recent weeks, and now Christopher Daniel Barnes, who tackled the titular character’s love interest back in the 1989 classic, has told reporters at TMZ that Harry is the perfect fit for the update.

“The guy’s a rock star, actor, philanthropist…,” Barnes said. “It’s a pretty good start for a prince, right? I think he’ll do a great job.”

He was also full of praise for R&B singer Halle Bailey, who was recently cast as the singing mermaid Ariel.

“I actually didn’t know who she was, so I Googled her and saw her singing, and I just thought, ‘Wow, she’s going to be a fantastic Ariel.’ She has this very Ariel-esque quality. If you look at her sing, she has this vitality for life, this exuberance, optimism, and you can see it shine through when she sings. You can tell that she’s got a strong personality which I think is essential to the character,” the 46-year-old shared.

Additionally, Barnes touched upon the controversy that has surrounded the young star after she was announced as the leading lady in Rob Marshall’s live-action remake of the animated classic, with fans taking to social media to complain that the African-American singer does not resemble the white, red-haired cartoon in the 1990 original.

“If somebody thinks that skin colour is an essential element to Ariel, then they don’t understand the power of myth and what the story’s really about,” Barnes fired.

The upcoming project will also feature original music from Lin Manuel-Miranda, and is rumoured to star Javier Bardem, Awkwafina, Melissa McCarthy, and Jacob Tremblay.

Heidi Klum and Tom Kaulitz have reportedly been secretly married for several months.

Public records obtained by editors at TMZ show that the lovebirds tied the knot back in February after getting a confidential marriage certificate in California.

The 29-year-old Tokio Hotel frontman proposed to the supermodel in December after dating for just over a year, and in early February, Klum told Entertainment Tonight she and Kaulitz had set a wedding date, but wouldn’t share details.

“Yeah, I think we did,” she teased. “But you will find out eventually. We’re two Germans, it will be very organised and on time. Very, very much on time and very organised.”

The 46-year-old and the rocker first sparked dating rumours in March last year, after they were spotted kissing on set while she was filming America’s Got Talent.

“He is the kindest, sweetest, most caring, loving person. I feel so lucky. I don’t know the last time I was this happy in my life,” Klum told People when they finally announced their romance. “He is absolutely wonderful. Maybe it is because he is German and we understand each other in a different way. But so far so good.”

This is the third marriage for the model, as she was previously wed to celebrity hairstylist Ric Pipino from 1997 to 2002, and singer Seal from 2005 to 2014, with whom she shares sons Henry, 14, Johan, 12, and daughter Lou, nine.

Klum has daughter Leni, 15, from a relationship with Italian businessman Flavio Briatore.

Kaulitz was previously married to Ria Sommerfeld from 2015 to 2018.

Shanina Shaik has filed for divorce following her split from DJ Ruckus.

The Australian model wed Ruckus, real name Gregory Andrews, in April 2018 on Lenny Kravitz’s private island in The Bahamas, where they had become engaged in 2015. But last month, the couple announced it was parting ways.

Now, Shaik has moved to legally end the short-lived marriage, filing papers in Los Angeles County Court on Tuesday, according to editors at TMZ.

The exes don’t have any children together.

Further details about her divorce requests have yet to be revealed, but the 28-year-old appears to be staying positive about her future.

She shared a photo of herself posing in the sun in a social media post on Wednesday, and captioned it, “difficult roads often lead to beautiful destinations,” adding a number of flower and heart emojis.

Announcing their break-up in June, a representative for the pair said, “After careful thought and consideration, Shanina Shaik and (Ruckus) have decided to separate.

“They move forward with much mutual respect and love for each other and ask to please respect their privacy during this time.”

Kylie Jenner is eyeing a move into the baby industry by filing a trademark application for her own line of children’s products.

The reality TV star, 21, has already turned her love of makeup into a money-spinning business with her Kylie Cosmetics brand, which she debuted in 2015 in partnership with bosses at beauty retailer Ulta, and she’s currently preparing to expand her empire with her Kylie Skin range.

Now Jenner, who shares 15-month-old daughter Stormi with her rapper boyfriend Travis Scott, is hoping to provide other new mums with everything they may need for their tots by seeking to roll out her own Kylie Baby line.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, the idea is to develop non-medicated skin care products for little ones, while also establishing her own collection of linens and swaddling blankets, as well as diaper bags, children’s car seats, strollers, changing tables, bouncers, walkers, and even breast pump and breast milk storage equipment.

A ruling on her trademark application has yet to be made.

The news emerges as Jenner gears up to officially launch Kylie Skin on 22 May (19).

She took to Instagram over the weekend (11-12May19) to formally announce the news, and share her excitement over the new project.

“Skincare and makeup go hand in hand and Kylie Skin was something I dreamt up soon after Kylie Cosmetics,” the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star wrote. “I’ve been working on this for what feels like a lifetime so I can’t believe I’m finally announcing!”

“Building my makeup line from the ground-up has taught me a lot and I’m so blessed with that knowledge to apply to my brand new company! Birthing a whole new team, manufacturing, fulfillment etc. separate from my cosmetics line was challenging but here we are! I got the best of the best for you guys!”

Kylie Skin will kick off with six products, including a Foaming Face Wash, Walnut Face Scrub, Vitamin C Serum, and Eye Cream, with all items priced at under $30 (£23).

Britney Spears has further reassured fans she’s fine after taking time off to deal with stress by posting a new workout video online.

The singer took to Instagram on Wednesday (24Apr19), hours after posting a video statement about her health, and shared footage of herself lifting weights and dancing to Cardi B, Bad Bunny and J Balvin’s I Like It.

“Who knew stress would be a great 5 pound weight loss. Yay for me,” she wrote under the video.

Spears previously fired back at reports suggesting she was being held in a mental institution against her will.

“Hi guys, just checking in with all of you who have been concerned about me,” Spears said in the video. “All is well. My family has been going through a lot of stress and anxiety lately so I just needed time to deal. But don’t worry I will be back very soon.”

In an accompanying caption, she wrote: “There’s rumors, death threats to my family and my team, and just so many things crazy things being said. I am trying to take a moment for myself, but everything that’s happening is just making it harder for me. Don’t believe everything you read and hear.

“My situation is unique, but I promise I’m doing what’s best at this moment. You may not know this about me, but I am strong, and stand up for what I want! Your love and dedication is amazing, but what I need right now is a little bit of privacy to deal with all the hard things that life is throwing my way. If you could do that, I would be forever grateful. Love you.”

Spears checked herself into a health facility earlier this month (Apr19) to deal with stress brought on by her father’s current medical crisis following colon surgery.

On Tuesday, her boyfriend Sam Asghari assured fans she was going to be fine during a chat with TMZ, stating, “She’s doing great. Thank you for your concern… She’s doing amazing. Her fans are so amazing to be so concerned, but she’s doing great. Nobody needs to worry.”
