Perrie Edwards has been named as the new face of Italian footwear brand Superga.
The singer is no stranger to the fashion world, having previously starred alongside her Little Mix bandmates in campaigns for the likes of sportswear label USA Pro and COLAB dry shampoo.
Now, Perrie is stepping out on her own for a gig with Superga, and is the fronting the label’s marketing imagery for the spring/summer 2019 collection.
“I’m really excited to be working with Superga on their new product range,” she said in a statement. “It’s a brand I’ve loved and worn for a while now, as I love the style and fit of their shoes. They’re really cute and so versatile, I love them!”
One image shows Perrie posing on a table in a neutral ensemble while displaying a pair of basic white Superga sneakers, while another depicts her in a denim outfit and sporting the new Cotrope style which features white canvas and rope detailing around the sole.
There are also several other Perrie-approved designs in the latest collection, including sneakers with the Superga logo in bold font.
Taking to Instagram, a Superga representative uploaded snaps from the campaign and shared, “OMG (oh my God), it’s #PerrieForSuperga. We asked none other than fashion icon @PerrieEdwards to curate her perfect Superga summer capsule wardrobe. Hand-picked by Perrie, this is the perfect edit for anything from festival escapades to beachy summer fun – any occasion is a #PerrieForSuperga occasion!”
Perrie, 25, follows in the footsteps of Superga brand ambassadors such as Alexa Chung, who recently designed a capsule line for the brand, and stars including Rita Ora, Suki Waterhouse, Binx Walton, Abbey Lee Kershaw, and Pyper America Smith.

Leigh-Anne Pinnock has scored her first solo modelling job as the new face of Umbro.
The singer, who has previously modelled sportswear for USA Pro with her Little Mix bandmates Jade Thirlwall, Perrie Edwards and Jesy Nelson, is fronting the spring/summer 19 campaign for the cult English label on her own.
“It’s perfect for working out and getting active but then also whip on a pair of heels and you’ve got a great night out look,” she said of the new line, reports The Sun.
Leigh-Anne showed off some of the looks on a night out in London on Thursday (14Mar19) with her footballer beau Andre Gray. Taking her own advice, she teamed the shiny black Umbro tracksuit bottoms and black and white Umbro T-shirt with towering heels and a clutch bag.
She and Andre were out celebrating with pals in the English capital.
Other key pieces in the new range, which went live on Umbro’s website on Friday morning, include a slim-fitting red dress, a soccer-style T-shirt, a bodycon skirt, sporty shorts, cropped T-shirts, a boob tube and an oversized T-shirt dress. Prices range from £25 ($33) – £85 ($112).
The 27-year-old recently completed a gruelling hike up Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania in aid of British charity Comic Relief. She was joined by Jade, as well as a host of British celebrities, including former politician Ed Balls and TV host Alexander Armstrong.
Talking to British newspaper Metro about the climb, the Power hitmaker shared: “I don’t even know how I’m standing right now. It is just crazy. Jade got quite ill. You lose calories just from standing still at that altitude.”

The Little Mix girls have dished on the design process behind their fourth line with sportswear brand USA Pro.
Showing off their gym-honed bodies for the promo shots, the English group, made up of Perrie Edwards, Jesy Nelson, Leigh-Anne Pinnock and Jade Thirlwall, have added sleeker silhouettes to their latest collection.
Each singer has once again created signature pieces which reflects her individual style, with Jade explaining: “When I’m designing my range I aim to create both something comfortable to perform in and flattering – it’s important to feel good when working out.”
Jade’s pieces include gym leggings with sheer panels and a lace up sports bra.
Like Jade, Jesy also ditched support in favour of sexy with her plunging sports bra, as well as a pair of high-waisted bottoms
“(I want to) enhance every woman’s figure,” she said. “I’ve got high-waisted leggings that accentuate the body shape. I’m curvy and I wanted to create something that complemented that.”
For Leigh-Anne’s edit, she opted for a tropical print motif because she “loves anything tropical”, while Perrie decided on thick, branded waistbands across all her designs.
“I love the simplistic but bold colours used across my range, with the waistbands that match the crop top and sports bra,” Perrie shared.
The band first teamed with USA Pro in 2015, posing in the brand’s adverts before launching their own two years later.
